[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi Broad Band — Tel No :[protected] defective broadband

Telephone No :[protected] has internet connection since beginning. However on MTNL Delhi broad band complaint site this number is not accepted stating internet facility not available on this number. Since last May beginning I made innumerable complaints on 1504,[protected]SDO, Dwarka), [protected] (Area Manager, Dwarka), [protected] (General Manager, Janakpuri),[protected]General Manager-Broad Band, Kidwai Bhavan). Nothing has been done till date to resolve this problem.However, MTNL never forget to send their bills regularly for services not provided at all due to their negligence.
