my no. is [protected]. I have louged more than 30 times the complain to the cusyomer care since 24 december2008 but it has not been solved.this is the service of mtnl

i sended a msz 4 subscription for playtune. i received the msz dat *welcome 2 mtnl playtune. v recd ur sms. u will receive an sms witinn 24 hours*...i recd this sms a month ago but no reply came after dis sms of 24 hr...nw its a month going on but my playtune is not activated..nw i m fed up o[censored]r services...its better 4 me to take another connection...either u solve dis prob or i take another connection...

My Money has deducted from my balance account but there is no playtune set in my no.two times i have change the song but 12 rs money has been deducted but there is no song. Customer care never pick the phone. if they pick no one is there for communication
