[Resolved] MTNL — Bad Behavior Mr.Pathak Exchange | |||
This is to bring to your notice about the broadband coonectivity issues. This is related to the phone no. 25951318 KANJHAWLA EXCHANGE . I am using broadband net services from last few years. From the last few days, I am facing the net connectivity problem. Mr Pathak in kanjhawala exchange said me to call directly to exchange for any connectivity problem. so I directly used to call in exchange instead of the customer care centre.On my complaint someone visited our home day before yesterday to resolve it, but he said that this is the cable line problem and will be resolved by the next day. Today when I called Mr. pathak, he replied to me that " hum kya kare" "Aapko janha complaitnt karni h kar lo." . This is my request you to please take necessary action and resolve my This kind of problem of Connectivity kindly tell me the concerned person who can resolve my net problem ASAP.
