[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

dear sir
i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now

i have complaint many times but no action has been taking From yours sides so plz do something as soon as possible.

and m bearing all of this becoz my father is M.T.N.L Employee so its my polite request to u plz do something as soon as possible

MTNL 256kbps Unlimited Plan — MTNL Services

I Abhinav Kishore is a resident of Sarojini nagar and currently using internet service of MTNL Plan : 256Kbps on phone no.24103634 for around 10 months, earlier the services were not satisfactory but since last 5 months they have become worse which has caused me and my family a lot of problems the speed as my plan should be 256 Kbps which is 100Kbps, sometimes it takes hours to connect to the internet on complaints regarding there matter the executive of the toll free no. 1504 sometime says its due to the modem, some times say due the LAN, but no one has come to see or repair the modem or LAN since 5 months sometimes they ask me to contact the area manager on 26885500 who most of the times doesn, t picks the phone or whenever someone picks the phone they give me someother no. like 26876466 who just clearly says this is not me work call on the earlier no. to seek help .I think MTNL rather than launching 3G services, IPTV etc Mtnl should see whether they should concentrate on their prevailing services .

My phone no.24602277 is out of order from last 10 days. complaint no.49 dated 30/6/09 but no action has been taken till date. Without phone I am loosing my business as well. You are requested to look into the matter and get it rectified soon.

Dear Sirs,

I would like to convey my displeasure about the bad(est) service being provided by MTNL for Broadband in combo offer with telephone no. 23540892.

I would like to explain that since about one week back I have been requesting MTNL to rectify the fault of my BROAD BAND, but all in vain.

Since last week, I had been talking at 1504 for rectification which resulted in none.

Today, Finally I had called at 23628080, 23620000,[protected], 23521415, [protected], 20021331, 23234040/4141 but there is no result. DE said I have given your complaint to Sharma Ji, Sharma Ji said I have not received any complaint that’s it.

KINDLY DO SOMETHING.

My internet is not working fine & i 'm waiting for last 5 days for any MTNL line man to rectify the line problem. because of line i'm facing disconnection problem. but I received many calls from MTNL asking me "aapka phone theek hai?" I like this style...Before I could say that it is not the phone but the internet which is faulty.. the official disconnected the phone.

MTNL — BROADBAND COMPLAINT

My Broadband installed at 141 A3, Sec. 5, Rohini has not been working for quite some time but MTNL people are not bother to listen. It is 12 now. I have made many complaints on phone, thru SMS, personal visit, e-mail but very poor response.

I am afraid with stiff competition in this field, priviate operators will be able to capture more business from MTNL.

Can any one help?

MTNL Broadband — Broadband not working and difficulty in complaining

I have been using MTNL broadband services for about last 6 months. Last month we have shifted the house and our telephone line[protected] has been shifted immediatly. Since the shifting our Broadband is not functioning putting us into lot of difficulties. We have tried many times to register the complaint through MTNL no. 1504, where the response was very poor. We had to wait for more than 20 ~ 30 mins to speak to the customer support executive. Even after long waits, only after 3 or 4 attempts only we could speak to a customer support executive. Even the support executive, who attended the call was in no mood to provide real support. He was not even ready to understand our difficulties. He had simply concluded the call with saying some one from near by MTNL office will visit to check. It is more than 4 days, no one has turned so far. The attitude of the people are so bad, we feel cheated having opted for MTNL.

I have not been able to use my tiband service due to low speed and disrupting connection.
It is not registered easily. Please provide the required speed so that net can be accessible.
I could connect the internet after last ten days of trial.

MTNL - 011 - 25010779 — broadband dead

My MTNL Delhi Number is 25010779 at Najafgarh, New Delhi-43 . Since May, 09, my broadband is not working properly.I have submit so many complaints to 1500, 197, 198 and other IVRS of MTNL Delhi, but no action has been taken till date.
Please refund the rent being charged since May, 09 on account of Broadband connection since MTNL failed to provide the services since May, 09.The officials of MTNL DELHI only enquires on telephone whether the broadband is working and when we say that it is not working soon they down the receiver .
Please do the needful and take speedy action against the official of MTNL Delhi
Whats the [censored]g service you are providing to customer... How many time I lodged the complaint.. till not it has not been rectified... What is the procedure to discontinue this service? Could you please guide me the same? I don't wish to stick this worse service anymore..

Do you think your customer care champian can speak properly, if any customer contact to customer care hang up the cal no response from ther.. very very very worse service.. I did take a wrong diecion, , this is the high time to switch to other service... thanks for your all help!!!

MTNL Broadband — Slow Internet speed from the last 1 month

I am still facing slow browsing & downloading speed from the last 1 month. And regarding same I am continually complaining to your help desk through Phone & Email.

Now a days my Current internet speed reaches 20 kbps ... whenever i call 1504 ... they say its some problem with your computer ... they suggest some changes in network configuration but the speed remains same ... its 2 weeks since the problem ... but no one from mtnl is listening ... i call them everyday but they tell the same old story ... i am in big problem.

NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE 10 July 2009.PLESE DO THE NEEDFUL & TAKE SOME SPEEDY ACTION

i m using MTNL broadband for the past 2 years.
in the past 6month i didnt face too much problem
but this year years patience finally burts out
nw its pissing me off deeply
my internet is not steady
ADSL light blinks then gone and after some time get stable
but there is no permanent stability
i lodge many complaints ut the MTNL staff response was not good
they instead of correcting the problem said my computer my laptop is outdated
its my humble requet to plz look into this matter
n if its not in ur control then clearly say that u cnt rectify the error in my case.
