[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now

The broadband connection on my telephone number[protected] has been performing erratically. The ADSL light never remains stable for more than a minute and starts flickering off and on.
I lodged complain of broadband connection so many times for the last 6month but not satisfied with one of the remedy
I registered a complaint about it on customer care (1504) and they gave me complaint number : 4412 on 24/07/09. Today ( 28/07/09) i have called on 1504 to know the fate of my complaint. they have given me the answer that this complaint has been done... but the fact is nobody is come to us to attend ...

I shall be thankful if needful be done at an early date.

I m using broadband from 20 jun 2009 & on 28 jul 2009 my tel. connection disconnected.
no bill posted to me how they can disconnect my connection that's theirs fault not mine...

As per my knowledge in combo service (landline connection + broadband
connection), monthly service charges(250.00) should not included in the
telephone bill. So please check my bill first and revert back to me.

And broadband connection is so bad...so please disconnect the broadband
service immediately.

Hello...

I have been using Mtnl for the last 6 months ... I'm using the Combo plan [protected]@599 with 256 kbps internet speed. Since I m using the connection I never get the speed for which I m paying every month even the connection is also not stable it disconnects after 5 or 10 minuets and the speed which I'm getting is very low speed of 20 - 25kbps. I got the connection cause I was thinking the MTNL services may be improved now but I am very much disappointed knowing that still nothing is changed. its really very irritating. I have no idea what you people do. But please there are enough complain in this forum. Please take some action. We would be very greatful.

We have received uncalculated wrong bill of broadband[protected] for the months of june & july, '09 . But nobody is taking any action regarding our bill. nobody is giving any details of our bill. so you are requested to please take action regarding this bill as soon as possible.

on 16th august 09 we complained for disconnection of our net and adsl problem complain no 6662
another complain was fired on 20/08/09 complain no 8764
and there has no action been taken till date.this has also been informed to office in mathura...
this has been very disappointing and i no more want to continue with this connection any more as the members and faculty responsible are not taking the steps again are repeated complains...resulting in wastage of time and creatin ga lot of hasssel so i would request to refund all the credits

we have to give full payment of 599/month but we are getting so low speed its irritating

as i feel you are getting 12mbps speed but your plan rate speed is 256 kbps .
then speed u r getting is high.

But downloading speed 20-22kbps

first 3-4month my downloading speed 150kbps.

Plz Solve My Problem

my contact no is 29946422, i am facing same problem like adzl light gets stable only for few minutes and then starts flicking, mtnl is of no use

I was alotted static IP on my request at my mtnl phone no 22440809 almost two weeks back. I contacted repeatedly at 1504 to know how to connect it to my DVR and how to configure static IP but in vain. I tried to rang area manager and GM at there official and mobile no. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] respectively but no one oblised to pickup the phone. Even grievance cell no 22083333 was of no use.
I her by request you to kindly look in to the matter & resolve the issue at the earliest. Failing to which I have to take legal action in this regard.

I am using 599 plan which include 256 Kbps speed and unlimited usage at phone no. 26191051. But my connection works only for half or 1 hour at a time then it disconnects and again starts working in 15 to 20 mins after rebooting the modem.
But in case I am downloading something this time span of working decreases greatly. I complained at 1504 and they told me its the line fault but the other guy who come at home to check the modem told me that its the PLAN (599 plan) which is causing all this trouble.
But how it is possible. . . . .. . . . . . . . If any of you had this problem pls let me know that how you solved it and if no then I AM KINDLY REQUESTING THE MTNL TO LOOK INTO MY PROBLEM AND SOLVE IT.

they are saying that i have won a 250,000 jackpot.i just wanna know that howcome ;even without any participation in any contest a person can win a jackpot.
so its my request to kindly stop this type of activity or kindly tell telecompanies to filter these type of sms'.

M/S Distance Telocoms on 2nd Sept but till now there is no response from
their end. I am trying to communicated wtih Distance Telecom and MTNL Office
but their is no response and result is same.

we are using telephone since 10 yrs.since last 3 months we have recived a bill of Rs.5047.00 (1.5.2009-31.05.2009) Rs.7316.00 (1.06.2009) and 4398.00 (1.07.[protected] which is non-usable we have aslo MTNL internet connection too. Initially i felt that it is kind of basic charges using internet but later i went to M.T.N.L but no one has turned up and done needful from their side. We are still getting mentally harrasment as being middle class family.As i have trust one MTNL so i done the ECS payment as the payment has been done but still paying this big amount which led us to economical crises in family.

I am Nimesh Shukla, using Triband since last 3 years. After having good experience with them I am finding now that ADSL light never remains steady. I am living at Bhayandar, Dist-Thane My net frequently goes off and this is happening since last 2 months or so. I launched so many complaints but there is no one who cares for it or attains it. please help me in resolving this problem as I work from home so its essential for me to have steady net.
