[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

dear sir
i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now

We are an export company and have broadband connection unlimited plan. We have terrible problems with MTNL broad band internet line which frequently get disconnected. We have made several complaints but our problems is not fully cured. Due to the reason our work is badly effected and we feel really disappointed and furious with your incompetent services.

I am seriously thinking to forward a complaint to communication ministry if my problem is not solved permanently soon.

It is now more than 6 months that I have been facing broadband connectivity problems.This month also like some of the earlier months my broadband remained disconnected for more than 10-15 days. In spite of that MTNL charges me Rs. 249 per month in my bills. If the the use is even marginally higher, they don't forget to charge a higher tariff. But when it is non-functioning for somany days, why should they not calculate and charge the tariff accordingly? Nowadays even 1504 remains always busy. The local MTNL people also fail to come and attend the problem even though they promise. I have complained to the SDO over telephone, to the help desk by e-mail, but to no avail. It has really become very irritating for me to deal with this nagging problem. Some one will say the router is faulty, some one-- the telephone line, but nobody will rectify my problem to my satisfaction. Hats off to the unprofessional attitude of the MTNL.
The infamous ADSL line keeps on flickering on and off in my modem provided by mtnl "experts" frequently. Moreover the net connection goes off everytime the receiver of the phone is picked the net disconnects.
I must have gotten over a hundred complaint numbers about the same problem, always the answer is same that it will be done in 24 hrs or your problem is recorded and action will be taken soon, but nothing has been done for like 1 year now.
I, Umesh chander a resident of Vishwas park, uttam nagar, new Delhi - 59 and my phone number is 25333937 with broadband connection, lodged complain of broadband connection so many times for the last 2 month but not satisfied with one of the remedy. Instead of doing some action, lineman said to me that if connection disconnect then put your phone on hold for a while then it works and also said because of rain there is some earthing problem. so this is my humble rquest to you sir please take some relevant action for this problem so that i could use Internet without any interruption. Frequent disconnection of internet is really frustrating me also. I have paid all my bills on time and there is no pending bills also. I am using MTNL's router T-KD 318 EUI.

Problem of Broadband: The ADSL light suddenly off and then blink then again off. May be its Jumper problem as the lineman said ealier to me but there is no stability in connection that's why i am not able to work continuously on internet.

My broad band connection is not working properly from the last one month and I have lodged complaint many times but no action seems to have been taken in this regard. The ADSL light fails time and again. I shall be thankful if needful be done at an early date.

The problem looks generic across the mtnl users of west delhi for broadband connection. The ADSL light will not be stagnant for more than a minute and will keep on flickering at intervals of a minute. This problem has started only since the last 1 month. I am affected by the same problem and am unable to find any solution to this.
I guess otehrs from Dwarka are facing the issue too then... I am in sec8 and my internet for the last 1.5 months has been frequently disconnecting. The phone line is noisy too.. and any of the support #s are never reachable.

definately I agree with this because first of all to connect with mtnl customer care at 1504 is very tough job you can also check if you will connect unfortunately then customer care executive are not taking any response they are saying me always sir you call me after 1 hour
I am also tired with Mtnl connection and there email id of customer care that is also not responding

MTNL Broadband — slow speed

I am facing this problem since the internet had been installed.My telephone no.[protected].using a unlimited plan of 899...in which i should get 256kps speed but i am getting 74kbps...It's been several time that i have made i complaint still it is not been resolved .

M.T.N.L. Delhi — Phone dead for nearly a month

My phoneline went dead on 20 June. A complaint for the same was registered with complaint number 888 the same day. But now it has been more than 25 days without any help or support from MTNL. Remiders were given to the area office of the MTNL, but to no avail.

MTNL is the worst broadband service provider one can discover. Its broadband package comes with lots of frustration due to frequent disconnections, slow speed, irritating customer care officials, same old useless technicians etc... and not to miss the MTNLs servers which works once in a blue moon. Yes, for rest of the time servers are down. God knows whether this organization is owned by drunkards who have forgotten the word service or is definitely managed by some drug addicts who are sleeping high ... EVERYONE ... Infamous ADSL Light:

I tried calling 1500 for 10 days and no operator picked up at night times.
They claim their customer care is 24x7. What bull [censored] is that?
Then I called in a day time and they gave me a complaint number again.
They just say a line man wil come and check. Nothing improves.
The ADSL connection break too frequently.

I agree with all the complainants here. Also It is not a dwarka related problem.
I am living in Kamla Nagar and the issue is here also. Most people have
already switched to Airtel. I can not as they do not have a line in the area where
I live now. I am just stuck with this bad service.

If you can then switch to Airtel. I can not which & its my bad luck :-/

MTNL, Triband Service — MTNL & its paythatic triband service

Its being a very pain full eperience with MTNL Triband services.from last 6 months.

After regestering seroius complaints at their 1504 centrally helpline numbers & other concern departmental heads, from date 21 jan 08, 28 jan 08, 29 jan 08, 31 jan 08, 11 feb 08, 12 feb 08, 18 march 08, 27 march 08, 28 march 08, 23, MAy 08, 3 June 08, 17 & 20 June 08, 2&3 July 08. following complains has not been solved.

Over and above their techniqual team has visited my premises several time & has contridicted thir statement on every occation, ranging their from fault in Modam, Fault in Wireing, Fault in Concel wire, Fault in Earthing.but no concreat action has been thaken to resolve issue, Despite my several visits to their office & meeting with people from all rank & file they r passing monkey on one another pat.

For all this 6 months & above department has been charging me for triband services.

I use triband services on 28223969 land line

i require advice on two front.
1. i should contact whom in their higere hirercy to thet this problem solved.

2. Can i apply or claim for non usage or triband for the period of 6 months.

MTNL Dlehi — INTERRUPTION IN BROADBAND SERVICES

Sir,

1. I am broad band user of MTNL Delhi under my phone No. 26146678. I have the following problems :

(a} I have been unjustifiably and illogically not provided
toll free No. 1504, to complain against broad band
problems.

(b) My name has been missplelt as JITENDER PAL SINGH
in place of JATINDRE PAL SINGH. It would cause problems
in getting refund on disconnection of services.

(c) There are frequent breaks in broad band services,
sometimes even after 02 minutes, for the last 2 months.

2. I have personnaly met GM BCM, on 03 Aug 08 and he assured redress of my all said grievances but sorry to say that nothing has been done.

3. None in MTNL Delhi department has any responsibility or accoutability towards poor customers like me who have been paying bill. Governmet should provide same concessions to private secter for better completions and lock up such irresponsible departments, to provide relief to the general public.

4. May I request you to take necessary initiative for getting my problems/grievances redressed.

hello sir,
i am using broadband for last six ti seven month .. my mtnl no. is 22114224 . sir my paln of mtnl is tri - unliminted of 749 .. sir my net speed is too slow.. i complient so many time but on one come tu cheak .. sir ety told me that u get the download speed 256 kps of serffing and downloading, . but the speed is coming too slow my serffing speed is comming is 160 kbs anf downloading speed is 12 kps . sir pls repaire my speed has soon hai possible ...

MTNL / IPTV Service — Poor IPTV Service

I have been using MTNL IPTV service for the past year and a half, everytime i complain about the service being down to the helpdesk the response is very poor. My IPTV service is down since the last 4 days, I have called up the IPTV helpdesk @ 126000 'n' number of times to no avail.
