[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

dear sir
i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now

We(AJW Express service Pvt Ltd) are using 3 landlines no 26782777/26783777/26782727 in which 2 lines 26782777 and 26782727 are dead since Saturday.I complained so many times but there is no response from your side even till time no calls receive.

Please do the needful to resume our landline nos

I Took MTNL broadband connection[protected] month ago, but it never worked constantly. I made complaint at customer care but no action. then made complaint at exchange again no action, thirdly found number for responsible JE Mr NP Singh and lineman Prempal and contacted them may time but no action till date. terrible service. and very rude behaviour of employs.

i am using mtnl internet from last 3 years, but i am very disappointed with its service, my internet always have problem, slow speed, frequently disconnect, and sometimes it stops working for few days, whenever i complaint to customer care they just call me after 2-3 days and ask me that my phone is working or not, before knowing my problem they just disconnect the call and finish my complaint, sometimes i have to complaints 3-4 times in a month to keep my internet running, but from last few months i am feeling too much problem now my internet disconnect too much frequently, after every 5-10 minutes, and when it goes it tooks minimum 5 minutes to run again . my INET lights goes off and dsl light blinking very fast sometimes INET and DSL light goes off and start again after 5-10 min, or i will have to restart my modem again, i have register complaints many times, but they remove my complaints without solving it and even sometimes without calling me back, i have too much disturbance in my line, and i have complain about it everytime . so please help me, my tell no. is 22481660 . my current Docket no. is :- 347314
I had applied for new MTNL broadband Connection with ( 620 / y Fi modem) in the name of Sarita Arora (wife) on dt.[protected] and Mr. Dheer Singh (Mobile no. [protected]) had collected Rs. 500 ( Cash) and relevant documents from my residence on dt.[protected]. But after so many calls on customer care and the mobile numbers given [protected] of Mr. Dheer Singh and Mobile no. [protected] no responce have been given till now. The no. 73363959/G is also mentioned on my slip.

You are requested to look into the matter any kindly inform me urgently.

MTNL Delhi — download speed problem

I booking online MTNL
Broadband Landline phone Document collect by Ram Singh - [protected] -
(No[protected] in October 2013 and phone install in our home in Nov-2013. We
not received any Bill and Booking letter till date.

Problem is for first day
Nov-2013 to till us registers last complaints on[protected]no-1488) on 198
phone not working, broadband net not working. And in Jan-2014 last week our
phone disconnect.

We are register complaint on
regular base on 198 and 1504, but no one come to our house to cheek phone or
line, but after 3 or 4 days we received new complaint no from your help desk
198 and 1504. How can you give new complaints no without resolve first complaints?

In Jan 2014 Line man tell us
the telephone main line cable in Nanagloi due to road maintained damage in from
Dec-2013 so that via your phone dead so long time.

I received few officers no-Ajit - [protected], Saini - [protected] so many time I complaints them about
my phone but they always ask it’s be done in next week, but nothing happen. Now
in Jan 2014 last week our phone disconnect due to pending bills, if phone not
working condition from the date of install - regular complaints register - main
cable damage from first month phone dead for two months - how can you
charge bill without service - disconnect phone without any alert.


Pls lock this matter and do needful, waiting your reply.

Irresponsive and unfair MTNL Staff
MTNL has become a mess due to irresponsive, un-talented and un-equiped staff who appear to be all set to force its consumers to switch to other competitve service providers like AIRTEL, Reliance etc by not attending to their complaints and harassing them . Thousands of customers have already withdrawn and others are withdrawing day by day weakening the financial status of MTNL c onsiderably. But attitude of MTNL is not changing inspite of this alarming situation. Perhaps the concerned may realize when their deeds result in lack of funds in MTNL to pay even their salaries.
We have also been sufferer at the hands of MTNL authorities and staff who are keeping us without working telephone instruments and very low internet speed and its remaining out of coverage area for the past many months despite repeated complaints and requests to one Mr. Jha and Yadav. After year of pursuation they changed the wi-fi recently and the coverage problem solved to some extent but their internet either remains dead or provide very low speed in which attachment of documents to the mail takes some times 5-10 minutes per documents and one looses patience to work with this speed. It is not our story. Even banks, govt. hospitals and other service users of MTNL too have same experience. The downing of net of Banks and hospitals causes loss to their clientage and sufferings to their customers who have to wait for hours together but still they have compulsion to have MTNL being in govt. sector. Non-maintainance of internet lines properly show that either the MTNL's concerned staff is in-competent and un-qualified to understand faults and repair them subsequently or is lethargic and un-answerable to higher ups. Such problems are not seen so frequentely in any other telecom company like AIRTEL, Reliance etc who are day by day getting MTNL customers to their folds due to poor service and irresponsive behaviour of staff to the same
My telephone instrument which has not been providing needed service has not been changed for months making us handicapped to utilize it. We are paying caller ID facility charges but insrument's screen does not show call number. We hear ring tone but on picking the phone we are not connected to the caller on most of the times and misunderstanding is created in the mind of the caller about us despite our having no intention not to attend his call. On picking the phone we do not get dial tone mostly and it gives dead look. Yet MTNL is deaf to our complaints. Heart burning point is that 4 days back their technician came with old phone instrument to replace our instrument which was looking worst than ours and when complained to Mr.Yadav of Mayur Vihar MTNL he maintained that only old instrument sent by him can be installed. We have two options- one withdraw from MTNL like thousands of others and second fight out the callous, incompetent, irresponsive persons in MTNL and filing cases and getting their liabilites fixed in the same for causing losses to the customers and MTNL and recovery of the same from them. these govt done work. they are good for nothing because of these our country is facing economy crisis. i dont why we are paying such under rated people who dont even have small civic sense that if a person is paying for some thing because of that payment they are getting there bread and butter such a loser they are and there families too.

I do not know that what should I do whether I should continue complaining every day and start my day from MTNL complaint or just pay the charges to MTNL and relax it.

Is there any responsible person in MTNL who are serious and would like to save the MTNL or if the things are going like this definite private companies are better.

Even raising salary Zero to Hero MTNL but the MTNL employee's not changed. Officers are not looking after their subordinate day to day performance.

activate music station service - MTNL Connection

I got a message from +57777010 in few days stating that I have not subscribed to mtnl music station and 10rs in few days and after 10 days after deduct balence to my account.I never called for this service neither sent sms to activate this.I called the customer care and they are just passing the buck.For last 5 days I have been given numbers to call officers of different grade and these officers are not taking up my call.

My phone 29912329 is not working from last two weeks. I made complaints several times. but every time complaints are deleted without attending them. Last time line came and checked the line and said some problem is from outside and then never came back and again the complaint was deleted.
Whom shall I contact for getting the same functional again.

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — MTNL Bill Twice paid and deducted

MTNL bill paid and deducted twice from my account in january 2016 but MTNL has only one in record
I am not getting support from service tem of MTNL. my landline no is 26940223. my broadband internet is not working if phone receiver is kept in normal position. MTNL person asked me to remove receiver then only you will get connectivity of broadband.
I am really very upset with such reply and no one is attending call for last 15 days.MTNL person wns to provide solution on their way (to remove receiver). this is not acceptable at all. my complaint no is: 64700237.
in sarita vihar exchange no body is picking phone call..if somebody picked up then no body take ownership to get the thing corrected. several times I called SDO of sarita vihar exchange but he never picked his phone. and line man is telling me that I cant do anything SDO will do.

Reasons of request
1. Due to frequent breakdowns, poor service & indifferent attitude of MTNL for last two years
2. Poor speed, high charges.
3. No action taken on my complaints by MTNL vigilance’
4. No rebates offered to me in bills for the periods when broad band had broken down frequently especially during last two years.
5. For last 30 days I have not used this number at all due to installation of broad band by another service provider.
6. This is a 30 years old connection got transferred from Karol Bagh exchange in the year 2000. Is spite of poor service by MTNL & availability of much better alternate service providers, I stick to MTNL due to my foolish sentiments that I started my career in 1980 from the than P&T Deptt.
7. But MTNL had no consideration for such a sentimental & old customer.
