[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

dear sir
i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now

i am mtnl borad band user. last one month, ihave connection on 1 aug but my borad band not working properly.i have complaint so many time to your c.care but no result, ialso complaint GM office but result are same. so please take hard action to solve my proplem.
My broad band connection is not working properly from the last 10 days and my wife has lodged complaint many times but no action seems to have been taken in this regard. The ADSL light fails time and again.Presently I am staying at Africa.The NET is the only communication with my family from this distance. I shall be thankful if needful be done at an early date.

From the last one month we are facing the problem of
inrupped internate service.We are lodged complaint so many times.But there is no one to hear our problem.

I changed my broadband plan from TriB_Unlimited_256kbps to TriB_1199_Combo_512kbps in month of september 2008 but even after changing the plan my bandwidth remain stucked at 220kbps rather than being increased to 512kbps!I complained innumerous times to mtnl about this issue but all in vain!

MTNL Broadband — FREQUENTLY DISCONNECTED

THE SVC AN D QUALITY OF SVC IS VERY POOR. THE COMPLAINTS ARE NOT ATTENDED. THE CALL CENTRE PEOPLE IS LAZY.
IN COMPETITIVE WORLD WHEN MORE SVC PROVIDER ARE IN MARKET. PRINCIPLE OF SURVIVAL FO THE FITTEST PREVAILS . PL LET NOT ALLOW OTHER SVC PROVIDER ENCROACH YR AREA.

it is rightly said, that, mtnl is doing nothing to resolve the complaints, probably only 10 % of the subscribers make complaints, due to high tolarance power or due to lack of time or attitude.
I am also victim of mtnl apathy. It seems, net conection is provided on terms of charity. Other svc provider who have entered market later are far ahead with latest technology. they resolve complaints without any delay. Please understand that, disatisfied client can shift to other svc proider. Gone are the days of monoploy. principal of perform or perish prevails in the svc industries. My phone[protected] has the similar problem.

As promise by the mtnl of their very high speed internet...i have take a plan of combo unlimited 512kbps plan and my no.is[protected]...the very first few weeks i had a transfer speed of 150kbps to 200kbps and so after almost 20 days the speed had gown down to 40kbps. i felt cheated. As i try to find out more of this problem. every one seems to have the same problem. i would be really helpful is this problem can be fix...

Hi Sir/Madam,

My telephone no is 22787293 and I am using internet of triband 199 Plan. I am facing the problem of net down from last one month. I had registered a complaint on 1504 and till 8-10 days nobody helped me and I have to arrange a private mechanic. Now again I am facing problem of "Limited connectivity" and registered a complaint (no. 3552) against it on saturday even I talked to the Area manager on telephone no 22511400 but till today my net is down and not got any response from mtnl to solve my problem.

I feel the internet of mtnl is the best internet but why the support service is so bad...

Is there any contact no where the user directly interact with the upper level about such type of problem or send the mails for that...

Kindly try to solve my problem.

Broadband — NOT WORKING LAST 15 DAYS

OUR BSNL BROAD BAND IS NOT WORKING FOR THE LAST FIFTEEN DAYS. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO BSNL VKI AREA OFFICE, BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL URGENTLY WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY. MY TELEPHONE NO.2421410).

MTNL - IOL IPTV Service — Very Poor Service

I have subscribed the MTNL-IOL IPTV service whcih have very por serivce asmentioned below;
1. The Startup time it takes to start the tv is more than five minutes after switching on the tv.
2. The remote provided for set top box works only for channel change for all other things we need to use the tv remote. and that china made remote does not works very frequesntly, i have to replace it two times in the last three months.
3. Customre service executives are very rude and it takes 10-15 minutes (some times more) to get it connected to the customer helpline number 126000.
4. Very often the screen get blank or frezzes, more than once in a day. Some time the service does not works for many hours and at that time their customer service number also does not gets connected.
5. Many famous channels like NDTV-India, AAj TAk, Sahara One, Filmy, 9X etc does not comes in the tv.
6. The charges are very high (299 per/month) as compared to other service providers.while service is so pthatic.
