MTNL Broadband — Modem not functioning

Hi,

It's been almost a month now since i've logged a complaint on the helpline no. 1504 from my no. 28127951. The issue being faced this time is my modem is not working. Inspite of repeated reminders on the helpline no., the problem still persists and no one has turned up to address the compliant.

i am using broadband for last 1month .. my mtnl no. is[protected]paschim vihar) . sir my paln of mtnl is tri - unliminted of 599 ..my net speed is too slow.. i complaint so many time but no one helping me .. sir they told me that i get the download speed 256 kps of surfing and downloading, . but the speed is coming too slow my surfing speed is comming is 160 kbs anf downloading speed is 18 kps . sir pls take neccessary action as soon as possible to solve my problem.

I AM USER OF MTNL BROAD BAND, MY TEL NO. IS[protected] MY BROADBAND IS NOT COMPLETELY WORKING FROM 35 DAYS, AFTER SERVAL COMPLAINTS, PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED TILL NOW.

Everyday most of the time it just keep trying to connect to internet and i get "Authentication Failure" messages, It works fine for some time (Around 2-3 hours in brakes in 10 hours of time). But whenever i start my computor i never be sure that internet will work or not, and most of the time it take hours to connect to internet.

When i complaint to 1504, they register complain for problem in line/cable, but no lineman comes to correct anything when i call them they just say you phone is ok so your line is also.

There are too many complaints i made on 1504 the most resent (unresolved) Today I again registered a complaint no : 8916 dt.22.10.08.

Now before giving up the my broadband connection i want to know if the problem is in my line/cable or your server is used to work like this. But i don't know how to find out.

If you can, please let me know how to resolve this issue.

MTNL Broadband delhi — eagle interruption

i have reguler interuption broad bandn conection i reguler complaint about my this problem to G M broad band but result are same so take serious action.

I have a tMTNL Triband connection at home, however it has been a trouble right from the start. As been said by other customers above, the connection doesn't work 50% of the time. Getting to their customer care no: 1504 is a pain in itself - Nobody picks up the phone in first place!!

I would urge you to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I applied for internet connection on 01 june 2008 my telephone number 25392392. After runing several time to MTNL office i got telephone connection after 4 months but till now i am runinf to Mtnl office and launched complain several times but no response

I have taken broad band connection on phone no.28904305 on 05/10/2007 I got connection after one year which had worked for 1 hour only.after that I had communicated so many times to customer care as well as area officer but no one is interested to solve my problem of broad band after one week continuous follow up also.

MTNL Combo Offer — harassment on every stage of the process

hiiiii, a few days back i had gone through a ad by mtnl i.e. a combo offer for a broadband connection with 100 calls free... i want to laxmi nagar sanchaar haat near to my place... no body was there to help me in this they told me to call cust.care no. n get the information... i met one sales man from mtnl distributor there but i still called up mtnl cust.care no. i.e 22221500...from there onwards harassment started... they booked it online then a person came the second day from there distributor n taken Rs.500/- against a booking slip... next 5 days no body approched us..then i called up the call centre they told me to call the distributor i called up them they told me that our job is just to collect documents from your end kindly call 197... i called up there they had given me laxmi nagar mtnl office no. which no body picked up...i went there to be told to go to madhu vihar sanchaar haat i went there they told me to approach my local area office as it is showing as pending ...i went there n find the person not there twice... is this the kind to service we expect from mtnl... its been days even a landline has not been installed at my residence with no body is there to listen...its a hell out there dont know what kinda service they will provide me after installation...

MTNL Broadband — msn group sites not reachable on mtnl net connection

any of the msn group sites including hotmail is not accessible from this connection.

i have complained to mtnl people but no response.

Dear Sir,

My MTNL Broadband connection is not working. I had complaint about the connection not working on Friday 14th November 2008, there after on 15th November 2008 but of no use. Then I had complaint on Sunday 16th November 2008 and I was told my connection has been disconnected for 02 Months without information.

I have been paying broadband bills for 02 months, but was not using the connection as my computer was not working.

But to my surprise according to the staff they dont have any information and also why my earlier complaints have been cleared without any information in the log history.

MTNL Dolphin - 91 - 9868319468 — EXCESSIVE BILLING WITHOUT USE.

Dear Sir,

This is to draw your attention towards my bill of Rs 2800(approx)for the No.[protected] that i have recieved for the Month of Oct-08, which relative to my usage is excessive and unacceptable.

If you will go throgh my previos bill payment, my maximum usages costed me max of 1800/-Rs. But this amount of Rs 2800/-is Excessive.
For your information since past 6 months i was using Dolphin No for secondary purposes since i started using other Airtel Number as primary one which i use Max due to the Reason that you must be aware of(Bad Signal Strength of dolphins.).

Kindly Do needfull after Investigating the Matter otherwise Bills will keep on coming.

I got this telephone booked under the scheme of Dewali offer. In that offer Rs. 1000 security was waived off. But unfortunately I got the bill two days back in which MTNL has charged me Rs. 1000 for the same.

I spoke to your help line at 1500. They told me that scheme was for only for 599 combo plan. Why your person did not inform me at the time off booking this combo plan. It is the matter of misguidance. Specifically I waited for this offer to avail this facility. Now I am not in a position to give you Rs.1000 as security fee. Pl. advised your staff to waive it from my bill.

MTNL Broadband — unable to open few sites because ntnl server problem

I am unable to open few sites like www.icicibank.com from past 1month when i complaint they told me its server problem but till now it have not been rectified.
