my internet is not working since last four to five months. with the regular complains and followup no one has come to get it repair. my land line no is[protected]. please help.

MTNL never care for the customer and they just has call center no 1504 all the time saying this time send someone to repair and check broadband connection and there monthly charge come even it is not working remind them and all the time they give a docket number. MTNL collecting money by cheating people.
mtnl delhi not ammending my bill of internet and issued a bill for MB's use on the dated my system is off and this use is about 150 MB's

My Broadband is down form last 2 months (i.e. from 17th Sep, 2008).

Inspite of doing multiple complaints to MTNL Customer Care 1504, nobody comes to check the connectivity of ADSL router. Whenever, I logged the complaint only few calls comes from the exchange asking whether the Internet connection is now working or not. I wonder how the problem will get solve when nobody comes to rectify it? And after about 6-7 calls the local area exchange automatically updates the call status as SOLVED, rather actually they even not get the pain to come and see the problem.

MTNL Customer care 1504, says the complaint goes to local exchange, local exchange do not listen to you, they are only bothered whether the ADSL light at the modem is blinking or not, that's it. There might be some other problem of connectivity, but the MTNL personnels are not bothered about it. They only calls and say "INTERNET CHAL RAHA HAI", even if you say NO they will update the status SOLVED after 6-7 calls.

I must say the customer care of MTNL is pathetic.
IN SEPTEMBER I SUBMIT MY ADSL ROUTER BCOZ OF SOME PROBLEM (BCOZ I WAS OUT OF STATION )BUT WHEN I COME BACK I WANNA MY ROUTER BACK. BUT ALL EMPLOYES IN MTNL NANGLOI BRANCH NOT SUPPORT THE COSTOMERS. THEY HAVE NO MANNERS HOW TO SPEAK WITH A CLIENT

This is to bring to your kind notice that my internet broad band services had abruptly stopped since last several days. Hence I had been complaining to MTNL broadband complain No 1504 many a times but without any solutions. Finding no solution and mentally harassed with pending loads of work which I could do only through net (as I am pursuing my MBA degree from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi) I reported the matter to my local telephone exchange, SDO, Batra, Mukherjee Nagar on 27/1/09.
After lots of efforts and rigorous fault finding exercise by the linesman, telephone operators and the SDOs themselves, it was found that my broadband connection was officially disconnected by vide application dated 27/11/08 OB No.3235, which was never submitted by me nor by any of my family members. It seems some western interested firm/people are actively involved and fraudly blackmailing and mal-practicing their internet service business, harassing both the MTNL staffs and the Public!
Are those private/collaborated operators operating in connivances with some selfish black ships amongst MTNL-Delhi officials and employees itself? A consumer like me ponders how my broadband connection can be disconnected without my permission & request for the same?
How will your esteemed Telephone Nigam compensate me for my valuable time being lost without my important works being done in time and its consequences?
The money spent on calling computer experts to check the network connectivity and formatting and de-formatting the computer itself!
Unnecessarily calling the MTNL customer care no.1504 several times? Only to get complain numbers without any logical solutions, only to waste my own time and few of sincere workers in MTNL?
Who will compensate me for those mental harassments, my precious time and the financial lost?
Therefore it is kindly requested to look into the matter seriously and take appropriate stern action against such erring miscreants (officials & staffs) for the interest of MTNL and for the public in particular.

My Unlimited Broadband has not been working for last 15 days or more putting me to a lot of problems.

Dear all I have a broadband connection No. is 22960254 with 512 kbps unlimited plan.Last three days i hav e received only 50kbps speed. I made a complaint to 1504 after passing 35 minute long que, the complaint No. is 4179 and i also E mail to [protected]@bol.net.in and other top official of the mtnl including Area manager of Yamuna vihar But no response received Neither From customer care or official of the mtnl. I Made 25 calls to different differnt officer of the yamunar vihar mtnl office but no one Pick the phone

At last i request to all mtnl officer for solving this problem

othervisr i think u compelled for quit your connection for opt private operator services

Telephone no :[protected] has broad band internet connection since beginning. However on MTNL on line complaint site this number is not accepted stating as broad band facility not available on this number. Since first week of May I made innumerable complaints on 1504,[protected]SDO Dwarka), [protected] (Area Manager, Dwarka Exchange), [protected] (General Manager, Jankpuri) and[protected]General Manager Broad band, Kidwai Bhawan).None of them have taken any steps to solve this problem, however, MTNL regularly sends their bills for services not rendered at all due to their negligence.

Hi, m really fed up with the support of Mtnl ppl..cos its been 10 days..ma phone line got disconnected. so nt able to use internet.n no of complaints i hv registered but they ppl hardly bother for our problem.Customer care ppl getting salaries for doin nothing.Pls help us out.Moreover why shud we pay the rent for 10 days...cos...no service...

MTNL — BROADBAND NOT WORKING FOR THREE WEEKS

I SHAMSHER SINGH MTNL FIXED TELEPHONE NO. 25087734 HAVE GOT BROADBAND ON THIS LINE. THE BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING AT ALL FOR ALMOST THREE WEEKS NOW.
I HAVE TRIED ALL MODES OF COMPLAINT WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO GM AT NARAINA AS WELL OVER TELEPHONE. SPOKEN TO END NUMBER OF MTNL EMPLOYEES WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS. MTNL STAFF HAS VISITED MY HOME TWO TIMES IN LAST WEEK BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX IT.
NO HELP EXTENDED BY ANYONE.
MY FATHER RETIRED FROM P&T DEPTT. DELHI YEARS BACK.
I FEEL ASHAMED OF MTNL.
ONE MR. AGARWAL DET MOBILE NO. [protected] HAS NOT PICKED UP MY CALL DESPITE MY CALLING HIM TO COMPLAIN TODAY ON 4.7.09 FOUR TIMES EVERYTIME HE DISCONNECTED HIM MOBILE. MAY BE HE THINKS IT IS NOT IMPORTANT TO PICK UP ANY CALL .
I HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO SHIFT TO SOME OTHER PVT COMPANY AND IN THIS PROCESS I WILL SURRENDER MY FIXED LINE TEL 25087734 AS WELL.

this is very sad, people sitting at positions where they owe some responsibility not towards public but towards position at which they are it is inherent ability or you can say in our blood that we cry for every till the time we are not having it but when we get we forget every thing we said before getting the chair or that position
now take my case my INTERNET connection went down i booked my complaint by every means no one listened area manager was so busy asking rate of stock market then i made up my mind do approach differently
i started going there office daily and standing in front of then without asking much one day passed
i did same for four days fifth day sdo said i am comming to your address
he didn"t
next day again i went to his office and stand in front of him without saying a word
same i repeated for 10 days
on eleventh day he with his subordinate he taken my line to his office finished work there and said your line is done
i only said to him

i came to one conclusion that you 10 minutes are equal to my 240 hrs
now before booking a fault i'll make sure that i'll take leave for 10 days from my office

and for the same area manager has no ans when i asked him wnat abot this and now you can tell what is the price of LNT ??????

Myself Pulkit Chaturvedi, i am customer of MTNL since they have launched their MTNL Broadband.
but since then only i am never satisfied with their service as well as speed also their connectivity is hell.
connection keeps halting ...we have to work in installments.

I equipped ur broad band service on July. And after that it happened many times that ur Internet wasnot working. When I complaint regularly appro 10 days they send me a man who just knowing the telephone connection only.
Even Yesterday and Today my Internet wasnot working.
