[Resolved] MTNL Delhi — non restoration of mobile services | |||
I am a dlphin mobile customer having No. [protected] since about 5 years. I had dropped cheque for the bill amount for June, 10 on 22nd July after getting details from MTNL dolphin bill viewing system as the original bill did not reach me. MTNL suspended my incoming as well as outgoing services and on enquiry i learnt that the bill amount is still outstanding. On enquiry from MTNL Toll free nu. i was told that you check from your banker regarding clearance of cheque to ascertain the status of payment. As the Cheque was not cleared, I went to Sanchar Haat at Idgah, near Jhandewalan Temlple and paid the amount in cash at 11 A.M. on 4 August. I was assured that the facility will be restored within 2 hours. It is two days since then the facility is yet to be restored. On enqury on toll free no. yesterday i was told that the overdue bill is cleared and my no has been noted for early restoratuon of facility. I am at a loss to understand how it can take so long to restore the facility. Was this information helpful? | |||
