I had a telephone with the number – 25478048 allotted to my name – virender singh. The address for the premise is as mentioned: house no- 24,village kirari,post office- nangloi, delhi.
From the last three weeks there is no dial tone in the phone and after repeated complaints and follow-ups the end result is nil. The last docket number I received is 1777.
I want to highlight few points here about a customer chasing to get the service for which he is paying price without the service.
1. At-least once in a month my broadband services went down and the chase begin.
2. Most of the numbers mentioned on the website (http:/Mtnldelhi.In/Dolphin/Index.Php/Customer-care/Public-grievance) are non-functional or the concerned authorities are not paying any heed to pick up the calls. For this specific instance, I had tried all these numbers – gm(west) sh. Kamlesh kumar (25432213, 25117800), sh. K.S. Martolia, agm(pg) (25451600, 25117800), sh. Pankaj sharma, sde(pg-1) (27922700, 27922266)
3. Out of the two numbers mentioned for public grievances, only one is working – 23356666 (not working - 23357777) and the lady attending this number is enjoying the hospitality of mtnl, delhi on public money. She being very rude and without listening to the complaint, just provide the complaint number (which is b170)
4. The lineman in my areas is also a big dickhead (sorry for using this word but I can’t find more suitable word than this one to describe him). I am chasing this moron for last few weeks but he escapes on one or other pretext.
Is it so hard for this department to restore the critical services like telecommunications even after couple of weeks?
this shows how inefficient and insensitive this department is? it seems as if this department is being run by monkeys high on liquor.
