WORST SPEED

dear sir/madam,
i am holding a mtnl broadband connection on mtnl no.[protected]..i have an unlimited plan..i have send repeated complaints to 1504 and told them about the worst speed condition o[censored]r broadband..they always use to said that HAMNE AAPKI COMPLAINT FORWARD KAR DI HAI, WITHIN 24HR AAPKI SPEED THIK HO JAYEGI...AND i have send last complaint on 30th may. nd my comlaint no is 40900026...i want the downloading speed as it has came for first 2 days (150 to 170 kb/sec)...i want u to take action on this as early as possible otherwise i have to go to consumer court.
I am Pankaj Gupta. I am your 20 years old customer & one Year before i am using your Internet I am totally unsatisfied your Internet Service. I am doing complaint last two months but no one is giving attention to my complaint.Your customer care is unsatisfied giving no reply to my complaint.

I have an unlimited plan (256 kbps).. initially speed was good..but now its 5 -10 kbps..i want atleast 150 to 170 kbps..
my lanline no is [protected]..i have complaint several times nothin have been done..
My last option has to be consumer court..

I am mtnl's customer for almost 25 years now and 4 years back i took the broadband connection wich initially had awesome services but then as and by time elapsed the condition started to ruin my mind as i get no service at all :-(. i have registered complaints unlimited number of times, people from mtnl do come at times to solve my worries but then within few days back to the problem of NO CONNECTIVITY and yet paying my bills every month without any possible usage. Alas!!
I request you to do something to get me my young good connectivity back. my whole day's work get stuck.

My name is sunil joshi, resident of Rohini, pocket-6, sector-23.I am using MTNL l.line and broadband.since I have applied and need to se MTNL broadband, it never works properly.even to open an welcome page, it takes 10-15 min, and suddenly stops working.I have registered 2-3 complaints for the same but no one comes to attend the complaint or no body called us for feedback.we are unhappy and unsatisfied with the MTNL broadband service.Pls take a giant step to control on this kind unawareness and rubbish service.

My telephone remains dead since 15-07-08 and lodged complaints through telephone at the Timarpur Exchange at Tel.Nos 23812051, 23812052, 23812053 on[protected] three times & again today i.e on[protected] twice . But till now i.e upto 3-00 P.M no action has been taken & repeatedly they are giving assurance for attending the same .Due to this fault Iam unable to operate the Broadband also.
Hence it is requested to look into the matter immediately.

We are using mtnl broadband connection on no.[protected].The schme which we are using for Broadband is 500 MB plan.After repeated complaints to 1504 and Explained about my problem.They always having single word like computer passing the information that we have forwarded your complaint and we are helpless, our lineman will attend the call as early as possible . And Line man has timiming problem ( i.e 10.00 to 6.00 pm
Mine complaint no. which they have given to me is 41100035. I am requesting u to solve this issue as soon as possible .
otherwise i will have to consumer court and stop's all payment's

I too am in agreement with the kind of service provided by MTNL. The authorities never respond to your complaints but the firm is prompt in slapping bills timely.When you approach the authorities in person, they were either on furlough or cannot help you. They are also indifferent to your problems. I am also a customer in distress.
I am a costmer of your telphone for a long time .IN this connection am suffering from the voice problem on the other side.please rectfy the problem as early as possible.

Landline and internet service

Very poor service. No one picks up the calls at custumer care. Internet services are not accesible. A lot of disturbance on landline. Mtnl sucks
