[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — Dead Phone Complaint

I have Dolphine post paid two connections and im using this connections last 10yrs but last 3-4 month im not received bill at home from ur side. I have already complaint too many times but no response. So kindly check it and do need full action. And Do one thing if bill generate so please update through sms if possible so please do it...

My telephone no 22851339 is dead from 09/04/2011 and broadband internet as well as phone is not working

regarding this i have registered complain on 13/04/2011 of docket no. 10. But no action has been taken yet.

So kindly do the needful action due to unavailable of broadband having too many loses please do some action ASAP

My telephone number 27045964 is not working since 1st oct'2013. I have registered a complaint on 3rd Oct'13 for which I got docket number 702 but to vain. then I went to grievance cell 3356666 on 7th Oct'2013 where I got complaint number E1058. After taking follow ups from them for one week to which the lady on the phone always respond that I am forwarding your complaint and someone will come and the phone will be ok by today evening. But no one attended to my complaint for one week. Then again on 14th Oct'2013 the grievance cell gave me another complaint number D97. Still no one is working on it. I want to ask whether it is the cost we are paying for being a MTNL user ? MTNL is not responding to a customer's complaint even grievance cell is not able to work on it. Shame on it. you should better close down MTNL. Let the diwali come and your technicians will be at door to collect diwali gifts. I would like you to take and work on my complaint seriously.

its shame on MTNl they should shut down, no word for them..

My telephone number 25457306 is not working since March '2014. I have registered a complaint on 29th March 2014 for which I got docket number 823 but to vain. Telephone worked with disturbance only for two days. Then again I registered complaint on 5th April with docket no. 485. But no action has been taken. I want to ask whether it is the cost we are paying for being a MTNL user ? Please take appropriate action on my complaint seriously.

my phone no[protected] is dead since 20th may.i have lodged 8-9 times complaint on 198 as well with email to concern officials.but no action taken till date.
please arrange to get it clear at earliest.

my two land line numbers is dead from 18/5/14, phn no.[protected], Its complaint no. Is- 167 and other phn no. is 27375455, its complaint no. is -169. My address is A95/2 Wazirpur industrial area. we also called customer care many times but not to avail. I hope you will do your best as early as possible.

Dear Sir,
We are having 2 telephones land line in our premises, but from the last one year we are only paying the bills.Now, our telephone are not working from 2 months your line man comes & complaint about cable fault, pair fault etc.
I was having 5 land line MTNL pones but due to this problem now i have only 3 land line. Is this service will be off this type i have no other option except disconnecting these numbers ahead.

My MTNL phone (land line) has been dead for 7 months and it has worked off and on during last 18 months. In spite of multiple complaints made personally to employees/officials of MTNL in Naraina and Shadipur depot, no action was taken. Complaints made online have never been attended.

Am shocked at the terrible quality of customer service by MTNL employees. With terrible service and no usage of phone ( not even one call made or received for more than 6 months), I still get bills every month?
