Sim is not Activated

Dear Sir/ Madam,
i had purchased a Mtnl garuda Mobile Sim Card (20468668) from Nehru Place Sanchar Heart on 25/05/2012, But Now 1 weak later Sim is Not Activated, i have many time called on customer care no, but they are not responding me. .
plz help me..
