My complains pending since more than a week. Lineman always calls in the afternoon asking us to convey the dept that your complain has been solved as there is exchange mistake.
(1) Why does he always calls in the afternoon ?
(2) Why does he makes family members to tell lies ?
(3) Is this problem has any solution or I just have be at the mercy of the lineman ?
(4) Is he the final authority ?
(5) The only solution to this problem is to surrender my telephone ?
Now i need an explanation from the dept or I shall have to pass this complain to higher authority
Complain No : 64001 dt.17.06.2009 & No : 64251 / dt.22.06.2009 & No : 64488 / dt.26.06.2009.. Will This Dept take any action or just collect complains ??
