[Resolved] MTNL Landline Phone — MTNL Landline Phone Not Working for 5 Days | |
My MTNL landline phone[protected] is not working for the last five days i.e. from 13th May, 2009 onwards. I have lodged three complaints with MTNL being complaint nos. 1624 dated 13th May, 2009, 761 dated 15th May, 2009 and 334 dated 18th May, 2009. The IVR automatically deletes the complaints after two days without getting the phone repaired. Was this information helpful? | |

Dear sir/madam
My mtnl landline is not working from the past 2weeks.My instrument is also not functioning properly.I have filed my complaints so many times ealier but no steps were taken by your company.
i m very sorry to say that if this situation continue then i have to shift on to any private connection.
Please do the needful as early as possible.
