[Resolved]  MTNL Landline Phone — phone is dead

our phone no 29534749 is dead for last 45 days & I have lodged Complaint With M T N L but nothing has been done so far. Kindly look into the matter. i will be great full.

My landline is dead from 25 August 2016 till date.
I registered my complaint 2 times & the complaint no was 7495 & 4999 but it was still unresolved.
Instead of paying bill, I am sorry to tell you that your staff is very irresponsible towards their work.

my land line no 26972031 is dead for the last six days. complaint no is 330. no body is bothered from mtnl to restore it. please get it restored. thanks.

My landline phone bearing number 23651119 is dead since 11/5/2020. The complaint docket number is 40. Kindly repair the same and also refund me the excess amount which I have paidas the authorities have failed to repair the same.

I am posting this complaint on behalf of my father who is holding the MTNL landline in his name. The phone line is dead since January 2020. He had visited the Borivali West facility many times, but they mentioned that there is no staff available to fix. Then the lockdown started, he visited again couple of times, there was no staff available. Now he got a bill of 3000+ Rupees. He wanted to cancel the phone line, but they are insisting to pay the bill amount. Phone lines are not working since past 11 months, but they are asking to pay full amount. My father is aged and retired person, he is unable to pay such huge amount with no service availed. The staff are not cooperating. Can somebody senior look into this and help to cancel the connection with some concession in the huge bill amount. This is a huge burden on common people. The landline number is [protected]

Sir/Madam, I, am writing this letter in regard to the not working of my residence land line no[protected], since 2nd june2021.Due to this in Covid period I cannot connect to my Doctor and relatives at age 74, mobile network is very poor in this area.I had already lodged a telephonic complaints vide no 148, 156 2-6, 21-6-21 and personal ly went to request no action till day taken.I kindly request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue.with kind regards Vijay laxmi chawla
