[Resolved]  MTNL Landline Phone — missing use of my phone

dear sir/Mam

i m user of mtnl Land line , my telephone no is [protected] ,
i have problem with phone line connection since last two month,
every time working but most of the time my mtnl phone is used somebody else which is
near my home in jeewan park (Som Bazar),New Delhi 11059 .When i call ,some time lady pick the
phone and did not tell her address, i was complaint about it so many time in mtnl office
and call centre but problem is not solved till now.
