We have recently availed broadband connection of XPRESS COMBO 800 thru' Nerul East Navi Mumbai under tel no[protected]. THOUGH the speed assured under this scheme is 2mbps, we have been getting speed not greater than 500 kbps at any point of time.
Our complaints are not attended promptly & the concerned dept officials are not giving any satisfactory answers to our distress calls to them.
Can somebody in the organization take some responsibility & ensure that customer grievances are attended to & resolved within a satisfactory time frame? We cant get any e-mail address in your website for making online complaint. No telephone nos of senior officials in the exchange are responding despite several calls to them.
If you (MTNL) is still under impression that you are a MONOPOY in telecom services, you are living in a fools paradise as there are dozens of competitors who are far more better in customer services than you! Looking forward to your early action. Was this information helpful? |
