MTNL — speed of broadband is too slow

my tel no' [protected].i have taken 599 broad band plan and its speed is too slow and many times connection is also going to disconnect.sir iam student and my exam would be on nonember.I take a online class daily but due to the problem of internet.I m unable to takje class.
please help me out from this problem .
