[Resolved] MTNL — no internet connection

I am a lawyer by profession and has been practicing at various courts in Delhi. I have to work from home thereore, i had got installed MTNLs broadband services. however my internet is not working for last 15 days. the local lineman of my area visits on my complaints and temporarily fixes the connection, but it again gets disconnected.this process has been going on for last 15 days.
I have been informed by him that the telephone wire has been damaged and also has 6-7 joints, therefore needs to be changed. however there is no wire in the stock. he has even suggested me to get wire on my own and he will fix it after taking some money from me.
today since morning I have not gone to court and am trying to complaint on the telephone about the problem. I have spoken to 2-3 officials , even my area manager Mr. Anil Gupta but all my complaints have been in vain. Everyone gives a new number to me and suggests me to speak to someone or the other as they cant do anything.

MTNL INTERNET — NO INSTALLATION

i have given application for new internet connection at MTNL office rohini sector-3, three weeks earlier, but still no one come to install internet, when i call at 1500 for query they said, there is no application for internet,

Kindly look into the matter and inform me when it will install,

M.T.N.L — internet

i have taken M.T.N.L connention of internet since 8monthes
it was working good on that time but now it is very bad
that is not working proprly from 3monthes i[censored] can take any action
so pls take quikly because i m very bothering dew to this its my humbble req
to u .

Dear sir,

I'm using MTNL BROADBAND 512kbps but still i recieved 30kbps speed.Whenever I contact customer care,they say that your problem will solve within 24 hours .No action has been taken by them..Please consider my case gently and take action as soon as possible..My telephone no. is [protected],my c.a no. MTNL — No Internet

dear sir
i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected] since Sep

2009, I have problem with broad band since last one month, some time

working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week,

I was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times, but

problem is not solved till now.
But Now whenever i am trying to Call mtnl area office, they disconnect my

call and then unreachable, even when i trying to call on Call center they

said my number is not in their Data base, so my compliant will not written.

tried to call line man he gave me another number, when i tried to call on

that number he refused my complaint and said try any other number.

MTNL — internet connection

I have an internet connection of MTNL .My iternet connection is not working for few months ,i called them so m,any times but imy problem is not resolved until now............MTNl h to sahi h............

My 3G internet dongle is not connecting since 2 weeks.Initially there was no range but now its not connecting at all.Customer care no. is also not reachable by this (mtnl) no.I recharged many times.I am fed up of this.
This is totally unacceptable.
Please do the necessary.
