MTNL — Dead Telephone and broadband connection not working properly

Dear Sir/ Madam
My name is krrishan singh bisht. I am staying at the following address: is L-108/13 Sadatpur Ext. Pusta Area Ramlila Ground Delhi-110094. My telephone no.[protected] has been dead since last more than 25 days and broadband was not working properly. I have lodged a number of complaints but the phone has still not been repaired. Please help.

My mtnl telephone number is 25013630 in Najafgarh area west delhi.This telephone was dead from last 20 days and i have logged complaint many times around 10 times and also contact to Area manager west jone mr.Rawat.I also have visited personally the mtnl najafgarh office but no body helping me.Please provide me proper initiatives so that these people don't try to ignore other persons.

government employees not working properly, these guys do not perform their duties in right way, they avoid their duties, according to my view, MTNL/ DP/ MCD ALL the department should be changed into private sector. These all department is corrupted.

I would like to say that i am MTNL user no.is 22823290 & i have also MTNL Broadband connection, but after 10 to15 minits. it was disconnected many time i have logged complaint regarding Broandband connection but all in vain.Recently i logged complaint on Dated 15/10/2009 &16/10/2009, L/M came againt such complaint but he could not rectify compalint, accourding to him there pole have some problem, but what problem, he does not know, same day to till now MTNL department keep on calling and asking, your problem has been solved out or not, but nobody came for solved out the problem, currently i have to face same problem.
I hope u readly solved out such problem .

Sir our telephone No. 243 61 561 is not working since last one week. It is important telephone of IGP, Director Police Wireless, Block- 9, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. Complaint No. 407 have already been lodged. lease look into the matter.

after 15 to 20 minute it was not working properly. mene comlaint bhi kari thi. but nobody came for solved out the problem.

I have lodged my complaint with the MTNL regarding dead phone vide No. 37 on 18.3.2010. But till today nobody turned up to rectify the fault. Due to this I am not able to use my broadband connection also.
