[Resolved]  MTNL Phone Wifi — MTNL Phone Dead Last 3 Months and Wifi Not working from Starting.

Dear Sir,
My Landline phone which number is 22425370 is dead from 1/08/2011. But landline and wifi internet bill is despatch by MTNL every month. I already register my compliaints in MTNL Portal which details is given below.
1 Docket No: 166 Complaint date : 8/18/2011 9:16:11 Phone Dead.
2 Docket No 120345 Complaint Type * WI FI ACCESS PROBLEM
3 Docket No 1335 Date 10/18/2011 19:22:48
4 Docket No 128544 10/14/2011 10:16:28

So many times i give call to MTNL CDO Mr. Virpal on his cell. every time he reply that today he send someone to resolve the problem but problem is remain as such.

Still my landline is not working.
