This is Venkatesh. R my balance got deducted previous balance is 140 current balance is 85 regarding this i have raise a compaint in Customer care they are not giving any proper resoponse.
Complain No. CC[protected] logged on 26/07/2010 morning & CC[protected] logged on 26/07/2010 afternoon
and Customer care Excutive names are Swapnali , Gaurav, Shiv, Anil, Neha Sevani, Kavitha, Yasmin, Rajesh Vishwakarma who has disconnected the call and not provided the details Was this information helpful? |
Yesterday again the balance got deducted 20 Rs for that i have logged a complain no. CC[protected] and customer care people saying that it is for my group plan which is activated on August month. But i have not sent any msg from my no. [protected] my plan got activated at that time when my no. was not active or in use at that time i have purchased new simcard due to sim got rejected because the of the wrong pin code provided by the customer care people
Even i have the call track sheet of my no. from 1 day before the sim card got corrupt and till 2 Aug my sim card was inactive than how could able to send any msg or call any body
in that call sheet mtnl people are unable to give the justification for amt deducted
could any give proper guide lines contact no. escalation path
