I (using mobile no. 9969718301) had subscribed to a scheme by mtnl where monthly 20 rupees was to be deducted from my account. Once the balance in my account was below Rs. 20 and so after deduction the same went negative. The GPRS account which was disabled as the balance below the limit of Rs. 50 got deactivated as a result of negative balance. The Mobile no. was rechared and the GPRS was never ever reactivated back. Several complaints have been rasied as dated.
