MTNL — Wrong bill generated

I'm Rohit.I changed my broadband plan from 999 combo to zero rental on 29th november, booking number : 48300165 . please check out my bill. Its of Rs 1611, I request you to kindly see into the matter. Wrong bill has been generated. The phone and modem are disconnected and not used at all.

I called 1500, frm there i came to know that the plan got changed to some other plan, This is a fault from your side. Kindly see my usage details. It's nill.
