[Resolved]  Mts — MTS MBLAZE

I have purchased MTS MBLAZE from Usha Enterprises, Khajpura, Patna and using it in the same area, MY DEVICE no is [protected]. the speed i am getting is very low and its an unlimited plan of 999, however I came to know its not unlimited, data they give is 30 gb and in that first 15 gb the speed is 3.1 and later it wil be below 144 kbps. Currently my speed is below 500 kbps and Downloading speed is very slow aprox. 20 kbps. Is this what they promised. If speed is 25% low I can understand. But It is more than 66% low. If I can't watch video on YOUTUBE or MTS TV. What is the use of BROADBAND(so called). While Downloading from Bittorrent it takes more than 20 hour to download 700 MB File. I know that they have do it to expand the data uses. And Customot care No [protected] is no registering any complaints regarding this. this no is not working properly also. Someone Please tell me what to do. Should I go to Consumar Forum.

If they can't provide speed what is the reson to make such division of 3.1 MBPS & 144 KBPS in unlimited plan.
Hi,

I have purchased the data Card on 23/09/2011,

Till now no acknowledgement Slip,
Customer Benefits not yet received,
Customer Care is of No use, No proper guidelines is given in the above matters,
My application Form itself was Replaced and Address is Incorrect
Application Form itself is replaced from the dealer itself appointed from the MTS, Mr Mr Gajendra, Basaveshwara Nagar,Bangalore
I was in roaming, so was not reachable to reach office of yours, Can i know what should i do now.
Is there any sort of customer retensionship in your organization.
For your infomation i am not able to get any usage, nor any bill due i need to continue with your service if so why?????????????
my package of 3 months will be ended on this month of Dec 23rd 2011.

Will be looking forward for your reply at the earliest. or will take my call for other service provider from the market.

Speed related complaint not solved

I am facing speed related issue since i bought it and complained 5 times since 24 June 2014 and my problem is still the same. They are saying that they are not responsible for this and will not help.
