ihave purchased a broad bond device of mts on 14/05/2010.which was defective and confirmmed by company's service engineer.on 15/05/2010 they given this device to company's service centre and delivered after removing the defects on 2/06/2010.after wards a received a bill for that period. on 05/06/2010 a have make a complaints for the same mr rahul( customer care centre) have assured to waive the bill.on 10/06/2010 when i again contacted for the same mr ranvi senior to mr rahul has again confirmed the same.but 21/06/2010 onwards broadband is not working.they people tell that bill not deposted.again 22/06 mr hemant,me balvinder on 24/06 confirmed the same but till date broad band is not working. I am Using MTS data card since 2 month .
I have three issue .
1. Speed problem which i am facing since beginning . I have
launch complain many time but no one resolve my problem. their
executive make always excuses.
2. Bill revocation for first month which i have paid.As my data card was not run 10 to 15 days in beginning. and same i have filed complained against this but their executive told me . sir we will adjust in next bill or will deduct form bill it self. Half amount should be refund as i was unable to use
my balance data up to 25 GB form 40 GB's Plan.
3. After review the services of MTS i have change the Data Plan timely on 15 dec 14. form 40 GB plan to 10 GB and amount for this plan was Rs.550. I have change plan after the discussion with their executive he has told me your next bill would be accordingly .i.e Rs 550.
But i got bill again Rs.1000 for 40 GB Plan. after this have discuss again with executive and launch complaints (complaints No. 1251740) but they have deny any revocation and make excuse like your cycle start will be start next month.
Hope you understand my problem and give the feedback as they want to cheat me.
Hope all o[censored] guise help me to resolve my problems.
