MTS CDMA Mobile — NO NETWORK AT CONNECTION ADDRESS

I got a connection of MTS no.[protected] and from the very first day I suffer with network problem.I complaint every month and company desolve the problem without solve it. And my last comlaint no.is May/1981. When I asked the number of higher authourity today Mr.Rahul give me headquarter No.[protected] and Mr.Rohit give me [protected] which a are not recogniged.I hope somebody relating to this will take action and inform meas early as possible.
