THE CARD WAS PURCHASED IN MY HUSBANDS NAME AND MY DATA CARD NO IS [protected].
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER BEFORE I AM BEING CHARGED ADDITIONALLY.

Mts is the worst cheating company ever.I had made a recharge with 1500 rs so that i could get a proper speed for internet,but they provided me no speed and when i called the customer care 1. They tell me that my balance was not credited. 2. next time they tell me the plan is not activated. 3. They tell me it will be activated after 1 month with no guarantees . They have cheated me and have taken the money,and when i ask them to refund my money in the accountThey are giving me all sort of excuses .The worst service ever.Bloody cheaters!!!!!
MTS Customer care is the worset in dealing consumers or their officers are directed to cut the recharge money by any way. I have clamed more then 10 times that please refund my balance of Rs 30/-. They daily says that betwwen 10am to 6pm it be done. This never happen. Dr. S. K. Tiwari

I buy a mts sim card (nois. [protected]) from greater noida on 17th of April from Dev Communication Corp.Off. : G-2/S-3, Gamma shoping complex Jagat farm, Gamma 1, Greater noida. Shopkeeper tell me Sim will be activated in 3 hour and give me the visiting card . My Sim is not activated till today and none of his number is working which given on card ([protected] , [protected] and [protected]).Unfortunately i am not in Greater noida right now. This is cheating with custmer . Cancel his dealership.

I went to MTS outlet at Dwarka Delhi along with my data card ([protected]) device and categorically asked the gentleman to check the device. If it is perfect then recharge it for rs. 999/- otherwise return it to me so the I could get it repaired and then recharge it.
The gentleman told me that the device was perfectly OK.and charged it. when I reached home and put it on my laptop it was found to be non functional. I rang him and he in turn called me along with my laptop. This time he told me that the device was defective and needs repairs and should be taken to the service centre.
It vividly amounts to cheating. My conversation with the expert at the customer care was nothing more than a humiliation. I request the higher authorities of the company to resolve the matter and ask the cheater to refund the amount he fetched from me.

THIS IS DISTRIBUTOR PROBLEM, I DON’T KNOW WHOM TO CONTACT, I THINK THIS IS GOOD IDEA TELL CONSUMER TO RECHAGE WHICH 4999/- AND TAKE DATA CARD FREE, AFTER THAT MONEY TOTALLY GOING BAD DEBT BY NOT STARTING DATA CARD. Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have bought a MTS Data Card on 5th Aug 2011 with an offer of Three month (3) free services(unlimited download/upload). My Data card is Activated on 9th Aug 2011.As per their rule I can avail the free service 90 day's from the activation day.But due to bad service I wanted to deactivate the service so I called their customer care 3-4 times between 15th Sep 2011 and 27th Sep 2011.last time they told me that your request is in pending to proceed with it you have to submit a cancellation latter to our near-by MTS showroom.So I have submitted the cancellation latter on 28th sep 2011.Recipient lady told me that after 48 hours your device will be deactivated.But actually it was not deactivated by them.So i got invoice in my mail in November.Then I called there customer care about it. They told me it's by mistake you got the invoice mail you don't have to pay and from onwards you will not get this kind of mail.But surprisingly on 21st Nov 2011 through ECS they deduce Rs:698 from by HDFC Bank account.Then I called there customer care for this .They told me that they will reimburse the money .Then next time they send me the next month invoice.I have called many times with this issue to there customer care but no solution they have provide.

I am requesting you to please look into this issue so that no one will victimised by this cheating Company.

I HAD PURCHASED THEIR DATA CARD AND SINCE THEN THE KIND OF INCONVENIENCE I HAD TO FACE REPEATEDLY TILL DATE IS UNEXPLAINABLE. I WONDER HOW THESE PEOPLE DO BUSINESS AS THEY ARE NOT AT ALL BOTHERED TO CHECK THE CONSUMERS COMPLAINTS AND PROBLEMS. I HAVE CALLED THEM REPEATEDLY AND EMAILED THEM ALMOST EVERYDAY BUT THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO CALL OR EMAIL BACK WITH A RESPONSIBLE ANSWER. ALL THEY DO IS TELL ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE RESPONSE IN 24 HOURS AND SAME THING IS MENTIONED ON EMAILS BY AN AUTO REPLY AND AFTER THAT THERE IS NO CALL OR EMAIL.

I PURCHASED THE DATA CARD AND WITHIN ONE MONTH I HAD TO DISCONNECT THE SERVICE AS I WAS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. ON PURCHASING THE DATA CARD I HAD SELECTED A UNLIMITED PLAN WITH HIGH SPEED AND WHEN I ACTIVATED THE CARD I WAS NOT GIVEN THE REQUIRED SPEED INSTEAD THE SPEED WAS SO SLOW THAT I WAS HARDLY ABLE TO USE THE SERVICE AS IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTAGE OF TIME. I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER OF TIMES AND WITH EACH CALL I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO DIFFERENT SETTINGS AND WHEN NOTHING WORKED THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND THEIR ENGINEER.

AFTER THAT I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR 11 DAYS AND SO I HAD CONTACTED THEM TO TEMPORARILY DISCONNECT THE SERVICE FOR THAT MANY DAYS AS I WOULD NOT BE USING THE SERVICE SINCE I WOULD BE OUT OF TOWN. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEIR IS SOME SAFE CUSTODY SYSTEM WHEREIN I NEED TO PAY EXTRA TO TEMPORARILY DISCONNECT THE SERVICE . IT RANGES FROM ONE MONTH TO SIX MONTHS FOR TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION . I WAS ALSO TOLD TO SETTLE MY BILL FOR WHATEVER DAYS THEY HAD PROVIDED ME THE SERVICE. ALTHOUGH I HAD NOT USED THE PLAN SINCE THE SPEED WAS EXTREMELY SLOW I STILL ENDED UP PAYING FOR THOSE MANY DAYS AND THEN ABOVE ALL THE SAFE CUSTODY CHARGE OF RS 50. I MADE THE PAYMENT ONLINE THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND THE REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRMED TO ME THAT THE REQUEST OF TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AND WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS IT WILL BE DEACTIVATED. I WAS ASSURED BY A NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVE THAT I DO NOT NEED TO PAY ANY FURTHER AFTER THIS AND ONLY WHEN I WOULD LIKE TO REACTIVATE THE DATA CARD I NEED TO CALL AND INFORM THEM. AFTER THAT WHEN I CAME BACK FROM MY HOLIDAY AFTER 11 DAYS I RECEIVED AN EBILL STATING THAT THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT TO BE PAID AS THE REQUEST TOOK 4 DAYS AFTER MY PAYMENT DONE TO THEM AND THAT I NEED TO PAY FOR THOSE 4 DAYS TOO.

I WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER COMPLAINT AGAINST MTS AS THEY ARE EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND DO NOT BOTHER ABOUT CUSTOMERS. ALL THEY DO I TRY TO CHEAT AND EXTORT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY GET HOLD OF THEM.
I HAVE EMAILED THEM REPEATEDLY AND CALLED AS WELL THAT THERE IS NO OUTSTANDING TO BE PAID FROM MY END AS I HAD CLEARED ALL MY PAYMENTS AND CHARGES BEFORE LEAVING TOWN.

I AM BEING FORCED TO MAKE PAYMENT AND EVEN AFTER SENDING EMAILS THAT I NEED TO HEAR FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND INSTEAD WAITING FOR THE DUE DATE TO PASS SO THAT THEY CAN LEVY ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO ME AND GET MORE MONEY.

KINDLY TELL ME HOW DO I GET THIS PROBLEM RECTIFIED.

ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAVE NOW PURCHASED ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER DATA CARD AND AMAZED THAT HOW WELL AND ORGANIZED THEY ARE IN PROVIDING THEIR SERVICE AS I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY INCONVENIENCE WHETHER IT IS SPEED OR ACTIVATION ETC RELATED.

I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO DO JUSTICE AND GET MY PROBLEMS RESOLVED ASAP.

The MTS product is totally a waste products they are selling. I own a mblaze ultra wifi post paid device. The device can download speed up to 9.1 MB ps. But i got only 64Kbps. Several time i complained them no action taken.
I got your connection activated back on Saturday, 30th August.Just to get it activated on time, I had to go through a lot of trouble calling up your people in Kolkata, and I even got it activated a whole day later than I had been promised.
If the problems had ended just here, I wouldn't have minded that much, but i soon realized that this was nothing compared to what I was about to experience very soon with your net connection.
Your executive over the phone and the person who came over to my place to provide me with the dongle both had promised me a very high speed usage if the signal in my house showed 3 or more bars, and when he came over he showed me that we had a strong network in our house, so he said that I'd surely enjoy your so called "PROMISED HIGH SPEED" of "UPTO 9.8 MBPS".
So my connection got activated a day later than he promised, and though I was irritated, didn't say that much as I thought the net speed would be really good.
After 15 mins o[censored]sing the net (that too just Facebook), I see that I can't even load a bloody comments section on facebook, then i try to access other sites, and each of them loaded in not less than 3 mins minimum. Youtube took me 7 minutes.
So I called up the guys in your Kolkata based office whose numbers I had, and they promised to get back to me, which they never ever did.
Then I called up the customer care no. and the person who spoke to me was an , to put it in the most polite manner.He was the stupidest guy I had ever spoken to, and was completely useless. I told him about my speed issue, and he said-"All is fine in your connection sir" again and again and kept on asking me to take a speed test on speed test.net.
So I took it and it showed 0.08 mbps. I thought things would've improve later, so i waited till night, and the speed got from bad to worse.
I called up the Head office in Kolkata and no one replied to my numerous number of calls, and even your other workers in Kolkata didn't pick up my calls.So i again called up the customer care and another picked up again and asked me to go speedtest.net, and I couldn't even load the page this time thanks to your "HIGH SPEED UPTO 9.8 MBPS NET CONNECTION".So then i lodged a complaint (AUG/47024) and was told that due to my complaint an executive of yours would call me up within the next 22 hours.And so i waited for a whole day and no call ever came to me, so i called your incompetent customer care for the umpteenth time, and complained about my problem not being resolved till now, and hence i lodged another complaint (AUG/45631)and was told i'd receive a call within the next 15 hours, and again i received no call from anyone, and instead received a message saying my problem has been resolved when it had not been.In fact, the speed was so bad that I couldn't load Youtube videos at the lowest quality 240p.It always kept buffering for minutes on and on. Just loading Gmail alone took me 11 minutes, and to check this mail, a staggering 7 minutes.
I have used net connections of Airtel, with speeds o[censored]pto 2 mbps.Those plans would load youtube videos at high quality 480p without any buffering, even local ISPs have provided me with a 100 times better internet experiences than yours.
In the past 4 days, I have faced thousands of problems, and I've called you more than 30 times, and I'm sick of all this now as you guys are a whole bunch of liars, whom i can never believe anymore.Since day 1, after first 15 mins o[censored]se, I could see your lies.The guy who had come over to my place was so kind when we were paying him for the connection. In fact he had taken a 300rs. extra which I was not informed of over the phone, thus putting my total payment to rs.1500 plus the monthly rental.
I want a refund of all this money and my connection cut, and I've had enough and I've been too kind so far.If i don't get a refund I'm complaining against your company to the police against Consumer rights, and then you'll see what action I can take and how far I can go.
I've had enough from you bunch of liars.Return my money or face the consequences.

number is [protected] . I requested for disconnection for my services to
MTS APPELLATE TAMIL NADU and as per my request it got disconnected from 20.01.2015 . I got the mail from your side as well as from customer care, confirming the
disconnection of services. and I paid the till date bill upto
20.01.2015. I got cal from customer care and then too I confirmed them
to disconnect as I do not want to continue the services. later I called
and confirmed with the customer care executive for the disconnection
status. he said it is successfully disconnected.

But i got a mail which includes the bill for the non active period from 20.1.2015
to 15.02.2015. When I called the customer care they are saying it is
still in active period and so. They keep on saying the same reason
always stating that I only requested for re activation so it is in
active state. It is really frustrating for me to keep on hearing the
same lie from your support team. It is moreover like cheating the
customer. I have the mail proof from your side confirmed the
disconnection. But in customer care they do not have any proof and
simply cheating me like this.For disconnection I have been
struggled for nearly two weeks and then only I got the solution.

But after a month time I am again getting cheated by MTS by false
statements. How can i be charged for the period which my data
card is not active? how can they activate data card and charge without
intimating me? I want the correct and permanent solution for this. Please help me on this ASAP.

FYI:
I do not want to pay for the deactive period and I also do not want to
continue with MTS. Revert the bill and disconnect it.
I made a online recharge to my mobile phone for Rs 501 ( Actual talk time 550) on 09.09.2015 transaction id[protected], out of which Rs 105.11 validity 15 days and Rs 439.47 added to my main balance Making my main balance 474.74 validity - life,
On 14.09.2015 time 21:13:32 my Promotional talk time was Rs 70.57 and main balance was 475.24
On 16.09.2015 time 17:56:31 my promotional talk time was Rs 70.57 and main balance was 445.24
MTS has swindled Rs 25.00 from my main balance. Didn't receive any message about the deduction or call from them, the balance just reduced by Rs 25.00
I called the customer care no and enquired, he said i would have mistakenly chosen the FB pack, I told him sorry my phone is not a smart phone and have not received any message regarding choosing or opting any services.
I asked him to credit the money into my main balance, Nothing has happened so far.
