Mts — non-activation of datacard | |||
I bought a new MTS data card to fulfill my internet usage requirement on 17th Oct 2011. I did online payment and at the time of payment, I was told that the connection will get activate with in 2-3 hours. But even after 144 hours my connection is still not activated. I need to use that on an urgent basis, Call center guys are also not helping me out.I am really fed up with such a response. I have already paid 1099/- and getting nothing even after 4 days.
