MTS Company is cheating people very badly, I am really frustrated with them.

I am without internet from more than 1.5 months and no one are ready to help.

I got a Data card in March from a distributor and my data card number should be [protected] and I opted for the plan 12GB unlimited at Rs. 999/-, I paid around 3,800 in advance for the data card and for 3 months bill in March when the data card was handed over to me.

My wife uses this as she is working for a US company (Work from home), We used this services for 3 months; however, the speed used to be very slow after every 10 days in a month.

In Mid of June, Data card was deactivated. I called up customer care (pathetic is not the word for their English, very very tough to understand their English) to check if the bill payment was pending and found out that my 3 months payment in advance was still available and no need to pay, but they dont know whey Data card was deactivated and asked me to wait for couple of hours.

Calling to the customer care started like this (atleast 4 calls everyday for more than an hour/call) and I used to hear all non-sense explainations. Almost 10 - 12 days later when I started blasting them, Finally they sent a technician to house (he was a nice guy), he checked with some software and got to know that my Data card is been mapped with some other number [protected] which belongs to some guy called Syed and my number [protected] is mapped with Syed's Data card (Syed is using Rs. 750/- plan which is only 3GB, and this is the reason my Data card speed was very slow after every 10 days).

After this again I started calling customer care (complaint no. is C[protected] and I told the issue but still ended up with no answers or solution.
I found out the escalation matrix on their official website and sent a two page escalation email to "appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in" on July 1st 2013 and a followup email on 2nd and 3rd July and again ended up with not even a courtesy reply.

I found the next level of escation matrix on web site and forwarded the same email on July 19th to "[protected]@mtsindia.in" copying "appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in" adressing a person by name "Viad", Till today I have not received a single reply or a call from any one of them.

Today July 29th I somehow found the CSD number and called [protected] and spoke to somebody called Vignesh (Appellate incharge - Ambattur, Chennai) and blasted. He says they have received my email on July 1st and have forwarded to concerned department, when I asked him that don't you have a courtesy to call your customer and talk about the resolution, he has no answer. Now he told me that he will put a conference call with his Manager in next 5 minutes and am still waiting for his call(Its almost 45 mins am waiting), when I called him again somebody said he is busy he will get back to you. WHEN WILLLLLLLLL IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII GET THE RESOLUTION???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Between all this issue I get a call from some one from MTS in July begining saying that I have an outstanding bill amount of Rs.5000, please pay this immediately else your Data card will not be activated. WHAT KIND OF ORGANISATION THEY RUN....

Like I said above, my wife uses this to work for a US company (she works for night shift) and she gets her salary every month. from Mid of June to till date she has not received her salary as she does not have a net for working. WE HAVE LOST MORE THAN RS. 40,000 IN THE WAY OF HER SALARY.

I want a lumpsum compensation for this loss and I want my data card to be reactivated ASAP for next 3 months (with free of cost as I have already paid in advance for 12 GB plan and I have never used it.).

CAN YOU PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HELP ME ASAP.

MTS Internet MBlaze — Lack of speed

I purchased a wireless Mblaze internet connection on 09Jul for Rs 1900 from Mr Kumar. Number of connection is [protected]. Before purchasing, I asked for a demo at the place I was staying at the Officer Mess college of Air Warfare, near Secunderabad Club. He however refused and assured me that the speed would be excellent. Trusting his word I purchased the connection.. I was initially told that the speed would be very slow for one week till my connection is activated. My address was checked by a person who visited my residence on 13 July. The speed remained very slow. Thereafter rang up the salesman who told me that he would come to my residence and solve the proble.However he was lying as he never came. I then rang up the helpline and my complaint No C11C5855270 attended by Aparna, was registered. She assured me that the problem would be solved by 29th July. In the next few days I was rung up on two occasions by MTS reps who ascertained my address> I told them to come after 6pm after I was free from work but never came. Due to the urgent nature of my work I finally had to further spend Rs 3000 and set up a BSNL connectionas there was no response from the MTS representatives. the salesman Kumar stopped attending my calls. I now wish to recover my money and damages, for harassment,denial of services and also embrassment as i could not complete my official assignments. Please advice. Colonel Anil Raman

MTS IS REALLY BAD IN THEIR SERVICE.
I too have the same experience with MTS, don't know how Indian government will give licence for the people like this. The speed was very slow, i had given a complain and the rep did not visited my place but the complain got closed. When i checked with for escalation procedure the call center guys do not aware of it, how do they run this organisation? ban these people from India.
Such a worst experience with MTS. Group of are sitting as customer service executives. I bought my wireless Mblaze 1 week before and it is not yet been activated. I contacted them more than 10 times, every time I am getting the same scripted reply that some1 will call me back in certain time frame, but I received 0 call back from them. They cant even talk in a good English or they cant assist me to find out the solution.

If the customer care people cant assist customers, then what is the meaning of having such a team. Instead you can have a voice recorder phone instead. Customer care people Know only one reply that, some1 will contact me in 24 hours. Excuse me dear Customer service people, you have any idea what is 24 hours means, because 10 times you said this in these 7 days but I received 0 call backs. You guys are mentally retarded or what..

Recently, I took MTS connect and its working only for 20 days with slow internet.. Initially they said its 40GB in 3g and unlimited in 2g and during activation its changed to 20gb until midnight and from 12AM-8AM 20gb.. Now i lost some GB internet 3g..

From Dec 30th interenet is not working and I raised complaint -dec/13886 and its resolved for more than 10Days after that they closed the ticket but no one looked to the problem to my knowledge and problem still exists. I called again and created another ticket Jan/2854 again they closed the ticket but the problem is not resolved...Again now I create another ticket Jan/3182...

I also emailed to "[protected]@mtsindia.in" and "appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in" but no use..

Now I'm not planning to pay my bill(760rs - include 2 internet not working ) as I already paid 1000Rs. can any tell me how to take this from here..
This was my mail to the customer care MTS and rest of rest of the senior ***ES working nothing but drinking customers blood, I don't understand why Indian Gov. don't take action against all these crooks, I am doubtful if the corrupt governance in the sarkar is breeding and feeding on MTS.

My number “Account Number: [protected] / MTS Number: [protected]” I had put in your notice a month ago with the MTS customer care team for cancellation of this connection, 1st of all its very difficult to get thru the customer care number, minimum 30 – 40 minutes any time a customer wants to reach MTS customer care number.

And when you get them on to tell your problems they put you on hold and come back in every 10 minutes, reason is each time they go to their supervisor and ask them what to tell the customers, the people are not equipped and educated enough to solve query of any customer timely.

Basis on the conversation with the customer care person I had paid the 1st slot as the person told me to pay till date amount and the connection will get canceled.

I don’t see that’s happening here, I am working for an IT company and there will be times when I have to go to onsite projects or different reasons, since I will not be in Bangalore for long and will be moving out to a different location, I had requested for a cancellation and paid the amount.

If you see my account I am not using the data card from a month and I have no obligation paying for something which I have not consumed. Since I have intimated this with the MTS customer care people, it’s your responsibility to cancel the connection and settle-down the payment.

I urge you again that I am not entitle to pay for the bills which the consumer have not consumed and after repeated calls for cancellation of this connection at your customer care center.

I will not be paying any further bills and please cancel the connection with immediate effect. If this escalates I don’t mind reaching out for help from “Consumer Forum or Court” to put forth my difficulty and issues with MTS.

#MTS THE ONE and only HOPELESS SERVICE AND REPRESENTATIVES ON EARTH**** I got a dongle at early December based on the advice of the sales person who sold to me. Unfortunately all that he said about the shouted and service was incorrect. I complaint to him about the issue, he assured me a refund and for a did not hear from him. I called #MTS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT they took a complaint DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE BUT CLOSED MY TICKET SAYING I AM NOT REACHABLE they had my best time to contact but they did not check that. then i raised 4 tickets in 2 months... They dint fix but all tickets were closed as resolved i tried email support They. i mention my contact details address I DID THE TROUBLESHOOTING, SENT SCREENSHOTS... As they wanted me to do this as a customer i did ​ my job multiple times NO ONE CARES but MTS only needs my payment I AM WILLING TO PAY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO FIX MY ISSUE I Have ASKED for REFUND AND WAIVER BUT still the reps call and talk sick they really don't sound like professionals i felt like they were hired from a market place These are my Unresolved tickets which are set to closed status without my permission I am not willing to work on this anymore.. I request for a refund and complete waiver of the bills I will to pay for what I have used. It a Mental pressure which MTS has given me [New Customer], dealing continuously for 2 months now
Just trying to make it work on my brand new laptop but MTS ill-treated me all the time and I am still struggling to talk to someone who understands.

I bought a dongle at early December based on the advice of the sales person who assure that at my location it will work fine with a good speed.
I clearly set expectation of what my requirement is at the time of purchase and also told that I would return the product if this doesn’t meet my requirement – he agreed.
I tried work on low speed for few days – it did not get better, then I informed salesman about this and he suggested me to call MTS.

I called the MTS support – they had me do troubleshooting – I did EVERYTHING – still same issue IT DID NOT GET BETTER.
They wanted to send a tech home to check, I gave my contact address and best time to reach details – they never contacted me and they closed the ticket saying that I was not reachable

I tried email support - they had me do the same troubleshooting – I did everything – send them screenshot’s – MTS wanted to send a tech home, I gave my contact address and best time to reach details – I did not get a reply from anyone - still same issue.

Then I contacted the sales man who sold me this product and told him what happened again - he agreed to process the refund request from there on he moved on to different location and now says that he is not with MTS.

By now I called the MTS support more 20 times at different occasion for same issue and requested for a manager – they had me on hold for 15 min and then disconnect my call

I got a chance to speak to a L2 he promised that he will waive the fee and gave a word that service will not be discontinued as the due date was near and he wanted me to call him the next day – when I called No one would connect my call to him, I was disconnected multiple times while I was on hold for 10+ min.

The customer service/technical support females are RUDE, HOPLESS – I felt they were hired from a Market. They don’t understand any language, they dint understand the issue, they only wanted money.

I have raised 4 tickets in 2 months for the same issue.

People at MTS will close a complaint with a reason 'customer unreachable' if the problem doesn't get resolved automatically. They dont have a system by which right Engineer can work on a problem. When customer calls up and says the problem is still there, they will open a new complaint giving us a new deadline.

If things work miraculously, its your luck. If for any reason, you get into a problem, your life is doomed. The organization has built a shield(customer care centre) who will not allow any customer facing issue to reach the right team.

In my case, due to wrong billing, I am unable to terminate my services ([protected]). I have mailed and talked - put together 20 hours of effort to explain my problem to 10 customer executives and 5 appellate authorities. Not a single soul owns the problem and takes responsibility.

Every month, they add penalty and monthly charges to my account - though I do not use it. Any suggestions from any of you will be of great help to me. I am fine with marching against their company altogether.
MTS- Worst service provider I have ever seen.

MTS had started to create problem from day one onwards.

I am by explaining this full story to help others not be cheated by MTS again. There should not be any more person who is getting cheated MTS.

First they offered me a plan of 40GB for 999 with 9 Mbps speed. Once I paid the amount for the dongle they called me and told they don’t have that plan now can give only 20GB for 999. I fought with them very badly and managed to get 40GB plan at last.
After that when I started using the dongle I noticed that my 2G plan sim card (for god sake not MTS) was giving me more speed that MTS data card. MTS gives me a speed of 28Kbps. I For 3GB I paid 300rs and I requested them to wave off the remaining amount. They are not ready to do that and they just disconnected my connection.
I called to the customer again to explain the whole story but they were telling they raised multiple complaints on this. All the time they closed the complaint stating cannot be reached. With this speed the max I could use for the month was 3GB . When the bill came they charges me as per my plan. I called the customer care and I told them the whole story. I informed them clearly that I am not going to pay total of that bill because my usage is only 3GB out of 40GB because of MTS speed issue. can’t reactivate the connection until and unless I pay the balance amount. I don’t know what these people are forcing the customer to pay for the service which he had not received.
Yesterday I raised a complaint in the customer complaint forum to resolve this issue. Let me see what the solution I am going to get.

MTS is the Best example for Worst or negative service. They dont consider customer problem and customer care dont have power to look at the solution as well. They are ready to do anything for money, Usually they make money by cheating customer.

I recharged for my Prepaid data card number [protected] @ Rs.499, 5GB data for 28 days validity. I hardly used 2 days, maximum i used 500 MB, 2 days down the line, balance shows 0.00MB. I escalated this issue via customer care and mailed to [protected]@mtsindia.in but no one responded.

I claimed to refund which is simply deducted 4.5GB data but they are not ready to take complaint itself. They simply bark.

Due to lot of ignorance and negligence towards the customers issue, MTS will definitely gonna washed out in this market.

I would like to say, MTS dont have power at all in any aspects. MTS loosers.

As promised, MTS had not provided 3G speed for my location so I closed the connection by reporting customer care please take back my data card and give money back..In reply they giving me threatening emails and calls.

After long followups, MTS technical team told me that sector -100 noida comes under weak zone... I asked them why didn't MTS has realized the same while address verification and Why MTS took a month to find out sector -100 is in weak zone.

I have made request numerous time that please take back my use less MTS data card and give money back. however I always got reply that Company has no norm for this.

And asking me to pay the falls bill generated at there end.

I paid unnecessary amount of 526 without using MTS services at all, the customer care is really bad and services they provide were very very bad, I want to take back the money back for the device/services I paid for.

I am one more bakara for MTS i would say i used this pathatic service in the year of 2012 .
I was using 899 unlimited plan suddenly i got an email saying my plan got changed to advance rental plan of Rs 2399.22 and i was charged more than rs 3000.I have called the customer care more than 20 times repetedly explaining the same issue.They use to tell that it has escalated to next level ...my connection was disconnected.I sent a mail to customer i recieved the response saying that you have activated 2399 plan thats way i got the bill of 3000.

Again i mailed them with the clear explanation about my issue .After that i did not recievce any email or call.Today i got a mail notice from MTS saying i have to come there ti settele.
I dont know for 3 to 4 years i did not received any email nor a call about my issue but i have to pay the bill what ever they demand.

I bought MTS dongle last month. Number: [protected]

When I started using after activation, the speed was just around 300kbps. I called MTS customer care and registered a complaint and they told me that it was due to network traffic. I told them that there was only 3 signal bars outta 5, but they didn't listen. They wanted me to use. But still I was facing the speed issue round the clock. After repeated complaint, they sent a person to my home and he concluded that I'm living in a congested area where speed will not be more than this(it will never be more than this in future, they told me). I asked for a refund, but they refused my refund saying that I had crossed the threshold data of 1GB!!! I was asked to use the dongle by them, and now they are refusing to refund. On the worst, for the past few days I'm receiving only 20kbps(TWNETY). When I raised the complaint, they told me that I'm in a congested area, and it was the peak hour when I tried to connect with the internet and hence the speed issue. They asked me to ADJUST!!! CHEATERS!!! The solution that gave me is, either to use the dongle from some other place(I don't understand whether they want to roam in the streets while using) or to pay the bill till date and get disconnected from MTS(dongle will be sleeping in my house which is a loss of Rs. 1200).

Do not buy MTS!!! They will sell with what all lies they can and they will not support when there is an issue!!! ALL THEY NEED IS JUST MONEY!!! NEVER BUY MTS just because they have cheaper plans(they have cheapest customer support ever)!!! Customer support people knows nothing about what issue you are talking about, all they know is when is your next bill date, how much u have to pay, what are all the plans available, and nothing more than that!!!

Conclusion would be DO NOT BUY MTS!!!

I was using MTS wireless Internet. I have asked to deactivate the data card on 10 th still now MTS didn't deactivate the card but ask pay 2502 rs and i have cleared my payment as per my use-age from MTS. Now they are asking to pay 2502 extra which i dent used at all.

Please don't use MTS or any MTS Products more over service is very worst my internet service(mts) was dead slow 4 times complaint but no one get back to me regarding that but i got a call 100 times from cheap people who works for MTS for the payment...
Note : I got a call from payment department for asking payment, which i told them 10 times clearly that to cancel my data card connection and on call the girl name was Priya she was so cheep on cal to me she abused me by saying (when im not capable to use postpaid why your using) that made me distracted whit MTS and now still they r extending by bill payment with out a reason and now some layer calling me for some notes on my name which i will never going to pay
