[Resolved]  MTS Data Card — Abusive Calls

Today Morning I received a call from [protected] speaking only in Hindi and when I told him to talk in English he stared abusing me as "Mad****C***h and Be***Ch**th and I have recorded the calls and then I called them back and one other person picked up the call and told me he is from a lawyers office and i representing MTS. Then started the problem. This goes back in Feb when I got a call from connectindia.in stating that if i take a MTS I will get it for 699 and I paid it on-line and after this they delivered the device to me and even after two days when it did not work I called then back adn a guy from connectindia came and picked the device back and never returned back the device to me. I sent at least 20 complaints to connectindia.in and MTS to their customer service and then to nodal officer and the only reply I was getting is that they will get back to me in 5 business days and nothing happened. After this I started receiving the bills and i again sent them the complaints stating that I do not have any device and no one from MTS responded back. I then got a final settlement for a device I never received and again I replied back to them and no answer on that too.

Today when I received this abusive call from MTS lawyer I was shocked. I want to seek you help to file a complaint against this lawyers office and MTS for cheating me of my Rs.699/- and not answering to any of my emial till date. I can send you all the copies of my conversation with MTS till date and want to know how to proceed on this.

Even I bought a datacard from connect india and the card was not working. they took the card but for me they returned the same faulty card with a promised that the card will be replaced, but after that I did not hear back from MTS. I have around 10 complaint tickets and email communications sent to the customer care. No action was taken by MTS, but they kept increasing the bill.

Infact I was promised a Bluetooth mouse by conncecindia which I did not receive.

Yesterday I also received a call from '[protected]' stating that this is a call from Delhi Tees hazari court and lawsuit of 35K is filed against me. then he gave me a lawyers number to talk to ([protected]). These people are saying that two notices have been sent, but I have not received even a single notice.

I am not able to understand how can anyone sue us for a service not provided.

C[protected] - waiver of bill.
C[protected] - 24th feb . connectivity issue -
Q[protected] - 26th feb .

All the tickets were closed without providing resolution. Moreover, customer care does not respond for a month even after sending emails. I have all the emails, if you are willing to resolve the issue contact me. Infact I have wasted my money on the device for which you should refund the device amount. The device does not work on my laptop.

Please go through the links i provided. U will find MTS is a fraud company to loot money by calling us from those numbers... See that those Delhi numbers are MTS numbers too starting from 8459xxxxxx.

I am irritated with them like anything. I am planning action against them and with support o[censored] and other customers I want to blacken the face of MTS in media too. I am really pissed off with there service. Please go to police station and file an FIR against the numbers u got call. I am planning to do the same soon if my matters are not solved.

i got a call from Atul sharma mathur and asking me to pay the amount or court would take action. he was asking me to pay in 1 hr and if there is any issue with bill court would refund in 48hrs. MTS is a fraud company. they promised 3G+ speed and what i got was 200kps.. when i asked why speed is slow they informed me in your area there is no indorr coverage.


Atul sharma mathur said he is from Tis Hazari court . MTS i m not going to pay money try someting better.

poor speed n site never works even for to pay bills

its very shame full...customer support worth not talking...even till applet ... site does not work even for payment of the bills...just to put surcharges...never go for there postpaid...its a trap
