[Resolved] MTS Data Card — Harrasment | |||
MTS cheating & harrasing customers well , this is true now they have come down to their kneels and started harrasing ppl for not paying their post paid datacards bills ,which is commpletely illegitimate , first of all ,my issue is i dont understand all of a sudden after 3 months they have started collecting their illegitimate payments making it a hefty bill by adding "n" number of penalties & fines . on the contrary ,they dont pay attention to our "n" number of complaints for slow speed & intermittent connection to their customer care .(of course they r least concerned about solving their customers problem) and then eventually when cmr is fed up of filing complaints n decides not to pay the last bill they keep adding on monthly rental on it and late payment fees. In short their way of threatning people of taking legal action . i was using MTS data card no [protected] in the months september ,oct,nov 2011 , the salesman took 3000 rs saying that advance rental becomes somewhere 2678 Rs for unlimited plan with a speed of 3.1 MBPS (Assured 1.5 MBPS will be the minimum i will be getting irrespective of time n day)and told me will give the reciept of the payment and return the balance the next day ,he never returned any of that . Okay , when d connection starts ,it started giving me trouble with expremely crawling speed and intermittent conn. problem ,i filed complaints but got nothing out of it ,after so many complaints looged a technician came and said its the dongal which has got the hardware problem , i got it cheked with ZTE centre they said it is d problem with the MTS connection .their dongal works fine if it gets connected .yes it does get connected but does not open a single webpage .network problem they said call MTS .My goodness ,i didnot pay the bill of that month n i took the dongal to their magarpatta office ,met with an extremely amiable gentleman Mr. sarang said pay the bill and will get my dongal cheked and said will send a technician at my place ,i paid the bill of approx 452 Rs n then i waited for a week no body arrived . After so much frustration i never used the dongal after that and decided not to pay any bill ,then they kept adding monthly rentals on my outstanding which has become a total of 2758 Rs. now n started harrasing me . So i have written everything in this consumer forum for the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

the same thing is happening with me they don't correct their slow connection and blame the customer for not paying the bill i would i pay the bill if i'm not getting what i should be or told to get at that price ... and now i also got the mail that they filed a complaint in the court, waaow this is india. BTW what happened with you? Did you pay the bill eventually ?
