Mts — bad data speed

hi,

I bought a MTS mblaze with max speed upto 3.1 MBPS but right now i am not getting proper speed. i am getting 200 KBPS speed.i am getting full network signal. So some body kindly do the needful and solve this problem ASAP. If service provider is not able to look at this i think they dont need to run any organization.

I am even in Bad condition..Instead of 9.8 Mbps i get only 62 kbps...PLEASE DONT BUY MTS WIFI...
