[Resolved]  Mts — slow speed

sir/mam,
i am syed, i have taken mts broadband connection 2 months before, mts had given a offer of free 15 days usage of 15GB, they said it will be speed upto 3.1Mbps. i used to get upto 1.7 Mbps. after free usage offer. i reacharge for 999 unlimited plan on 8/07/10. they said upto 15GB usage the speed will be upto 3.1Mbps. after 15GB it will be 100Kbps. from the day of recharge. i am getting speed not more than 100 to 300Kbps.even though network is full i am not getting speed. i have given lots of complaint even though they have not given any response . they say they will check but no response comes .i have called up mts coustomer care ph no-[protected] but no one recieves the call. i have to simply be on call upto 15 minutes .simply wasting money. pls help me .mts cheats people by giving wrong information.not proper service. i have wasted my 10 days because of this. i am planning to take ather connection. please do something . my ph no - [protected], my mts no - [protected], please take some action on this fake mts broadband service. thankyou

Dear Sir

i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Jalandhar, Punjab, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care every day but i can't recvied any information .My temporary card is totaly dameged. kindly look into the matter and arrange my card to despatch the same at earlist possible.

MTS — BAD SERVER

Dear Sir, I am Kh Monirul hoque.I have Mts prepaid connection.My Mts no is [protected].Then I recharge with rs-99 MCARD at 8/july/2009.But It not work.My card's serial no. WB[protected].I am already complain Mts customer care, My complaint no is JUL/11083 & JUL/7628.But not solve my problem.
through madurai 5 or 6 retailer only demo sim working. but other retailer sim in no dstribute for mts company. already mail customer care no response.otherwise 2mail sent.
sir actually we have chossen the wrong co. network in ajmer rajasthan we don't have e- top for last 1 month thats the service of the co. all dealers in rajasthan are frustated with this co. and its people.

MTS — suspension of services despite staying on this address for last 46 years

i had taken a MTS prepaid connection in october 2009.
my services have been suspended for last one month since 24th december 2009 for REASON OF ADDRESS NOT EXISTING.

i have lodged innumerable complaints with the customer care at 155 and spoken to all their team leaders-PURNIMA, PRAKASH, SANDEEP ETC ETC but except dilly-dallying and lies, there has been no response.

i have written to their NODAL OFFICER AND APPELATE AUTHORITY as well but they have failed to respond or rectify the problem.

is this a mobile servive or a sham ????

it is a matter of record that nobody had visited my residential premises in the last one month or eversince i had purchased this connection in october 2009.

it is nothing but sheer harrassment, loss of valuable time and loss of work opportunity for a professional.

the TRAI does not list MTSINDIA on their website so one can't lodge a complaint online against them on TRAI's website.

is there a a way out ??? I

MTS Data Card MBlaze — not working and not activated

Dear sir/madam
I want to inform you that i have recharged my mts data card for rs 200 on 26.06.2010 my data card no is [protected] but it still not activated despite repeated calling to customer care.i have another mts data card no.[protected] which has stopped working.their retail shop at nangloi is of no help.they asked me to call customercare.
i have complaint mts customer care but customer care Don't help me at all

sir maine mere mobile number [protected] par 152 rs ka rc karwaya tha jisme mujhe on net or off net 200 rs ka balance 30 days k liye milna tha .
mere is nummber par 30 paise/minute local wala plan chal raha tha.
phir mene iss number par plan per secund wala lagwa liya .
tou poora balance ud gaya mene customer care k paas call kiya tou bole ki per second wale plan main promotional balance khatam ho jata hai.
jabki mene plan change karne se pehle customer care ko mere dost k number [protected] se call karke plan change karne ka prosuzure (tarika) poocha tha, us costumer care ne aisa kuch bhi nahi bataya ki per second plan change karne par promotional balance khatam ho jaaega,
mene costumer care ko call kiya tou bolo unhone aapko bataaya tha ki plan change karne se aapka balance khatam ho jaaega.
kripya aap is problem ka samadhaan kare.

Interney connection initailly stays at 200kbps for me. It has pathetic service and I don't recommend MTS to anyone. WORST!!!
I'm also facing the same problem. Please dont take 999 plan. initially you will get good speed afterwards you will be getting just 150 mbps. they are simply fooling the people saying they are providing internet upto 3.1 mbps.

I am agree all of you, They always make fool to customer I am also having 999 plan(having connection mblaze) but not getting Proper speed, always it disconnect, Is there any option we can reg complain against this kind of company because as i have seen in insurance sector if insurance company doesnt provide good service, we have serveral option like consumer court, Ombudsman and IRDA .Is there any place, where we can complain or Is anyone knows no of Owner of company, we can direct intimate to him about this cheating.

yes mts is very slow, 3.1mbps is just to sound good and make fool 2 others, maximum speed i've got is 200kbps. this company needs improvement and they should really check the speed
Same problem I am also facing. My previous connection was Hathway at the speed of 256kbps and when I download anything its downloading at the speed of 30kbps. After that I have switched over to MTS 3.1 MBPS 999 Unlimited plan but ufortunetely when I download anything its downloading 30kbps only. I think Hathway broadband is better atleast they are not cheating to the customer.

MTS — Pathetic Service from MTS

I have purchased MTS MBlaze wireless modem on 26 July, 2010 also subscribed Rs.999 unlimited data transfer plan. The only reason I purchased MTS is, they offer free national roming & I frequently travel between Mumbai & Pune. On the evening of Sunday 8th Aug, 2010, my internet stopped working. I was bit busy at that time & also on next day, so ignored that. But on Tuesday 10th Aug, 2010, I lodged a complaint with customer care.

Customer care executive (CCE) answered me that, there is some technical problem occurred with some of the customers, hence I & some other customers are facing this problem, but this problem will get resolved till 13th Aug, 2010. Today, it's 25th Aug, 2010; but yet my problem is not resolved.

I have put lot of money on calling their customer care cell, but all in vain. Every time they answer me that the problem will get resolved in 24 hours, but when I tell them that, I'm waiting from 8th Aug till today, they say, that I'll send an email or escalate this problem to technical team on high priority. Even I talked with senior persons @ customer care center, but no use.

Meanwhile, since I had a urgent need of internet usage, so as per CCE's request, I have also subscribed for Rs.198 ~ 250 MB data transfer plan for temporarily. But that 250 MB data transfer limit is also over now.

I cannot return my modem back to company because it's not returnable. It's already costed me Rs.2299, unlimited plan worth Rs.999 & limited data transfer plan worth Rs.198.

I'm strongly feeling being cheated & I really want some very harsh steps against this company and such companies shouldn't be allowed to work in India.

I have lodged complaint regarding this couple of time, & I have the complaint numbers with me. Can I take any kind of legal actions against MTS?

The MST Internet service is simply horrible. You guys are luckier than me that you are getting atleast 30kbps download speed. I am getting only 2 to 10 kbps. Sometime it reaches 30 or bit higher.
But the worse thing that I have ever faced after purchasing the 999 package is I could only use the 7 days active connectivity among 20 days!The MTS Service is noting but punishment. It's only harassment and metal tress which worth Rs.2298 or more!
I gree to the comment, i suggest not to get MTS usb connection they are fooling around all.
I agree 100 percent. This points out to the fact that the MTS internet service ads are misleading, the speed is not at all a factor they should be proud of. I hope they are not a fly by night operator. Signs are typical - poor customer service, high on advertisement, keen focus on stakeholder value, where is all this leading to if the customers are not happy?
The USB is not 3.1 mbps connection, it must be 256 kbps because it gets only 30 to 40 kbps transfer speed.
And there a joke i need to share, when i called the customer care and asked what is the transfer rate for USB, 4 to 5 rep replied it is 3.1 mbps download speed.

I laughed and cut down the connection, they do not know what is download speed they are called advisors !!! really pathetic.
Even there is no proper response from the customer care too.

SIMPLE WORDS, THEY FOOLED US ... NOTHING WE CAN DO WITH THE USB MODEM.
IS THERE ANY EFFECTIVE WAY TO COMPLAINT ON THIS AND WE SHOULD ALERT ALL OUR FRIENDS OR ANYWHOMEVER.
im a student studying in vit vellore...bought this mts mblaze ...they said it will get fixed soon...but the speed is dead slow...they said its max speed goes upto 3.1 mbps(310 kpbs download speed) i suppose...wat im gettin is only 20 kbps at max...im really disappointed...
can i get the refund back...wat will i do wit the modem ?...throw it on their face ?...

sumone should act fast against this company...or else this fraudalent will go on fooling others...
this is not at all a business...its pure cheat...anyone can cheat and win business ...but thats not business all bout...it should never mislead...

MTS — No Services

My name is Stephan Crasto i bought an MTS Mblaze worth 1900 and recharged it with 289 the plan was offering an 24hrs free services and 1 game Cd(i didnt got either of them) day 2 onwards i got an error on network failure i called customer care he failed to assist me and then on iam facing the same problem but geting no assistance they say its a temp issue will be resolved but now its more than 15 days but no responce nor any action been taken
