this is nilesh phulsundar. i am using Internet service of mts since more than 2 years. my mts connection number is [protected]. i received an message from mts that they took an legal action against me as i have not paid bill of rupees 1800 something. but did mts has gone through the complaints i did about billing. mts is such a big brand now and i really liking their Internet speed and services but such behaviour is not at all expected from them. i had word with mts customer care executive since 5 times about the billing and every time i got an reply that we will check your complaint and our executive will call you regarding the same. its surprising that i have not received any call about the complaint i did instead i am receiving text message everyday that mts took and legal action and i need to attend court on this days. i am working in reputed it company as a vice president and i am taking care of business development. we are small company as compare to mts but iam sure we will alleyways give priority to our customer and their complaints.
why mts sending me such messages which are giving me mental harassment. i did called them to resolve the issue, why the are not taking care of my complaint. 1800 rupees is not a gig deal for me but why unnecessary i will pay mts more than my bill. many time i had explained very nicely to mts executive about bill and was ready to pay the one month bill but they not at all discussing the issue with me.
where i can go and and solve this issue.
