On September 03rd 2012 I recharged my account [protected] with Rs 303/-. According to your plan I am supposed to get 3.1 mpbs speed from 12 midnight till 6.00 in the morning. But I am not getting the speed. Several complains has been lodged from my side on your web portal. But there is no result and you people do not bother to give a feedback. This is not the first time that I am facing this problem. Before I have called the customer support to rectify my problem, but your customer care guys are the most incompetent ones. The only answer they give you is we will take action within 24 hrs and no further help can be expected. So getting disgusted with such a service this time I didn’t call but instead tried your portal to launch a complain. But this is much more disappointing. So I am writing this mail and hoping that you will take action and at least give me a feed back about my speed issue. I also have a query thaevery-time I recharge is this my duty to call you and inform that I have recharged and please restore my connection. Now this is going beyond limit and further steps from my side would be taken if no response is given back.
Every month I recharge my account with either Rs 999/- or Rs 1298/-, so being a customer of yours I think I deserve a better service from your side. Please restore my speed issue and stop wasting our time as they have value similar to yours. Was this information helpful? |
