I have purchased MTS MBlaze Data Card 3.1 Mbps Speed in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. But i moved to bangalore JP Nagar 6th Phase and i will stay for some months due to project work. The Issue is i am not able to get speed and even network signal strength is 20% to 40%. I went to MTS Customer center here in bangalore to discuss the issue but they are not ready to take even my complaint. There is a person called Vinay i don't his designation he asked me to send the compliant to his mail id.

I complained to his email and one person came to my address and check the datacard and say there is network problem and the network people will come. And another day network people came and checked and said that there is a issue and will u call back once the problem is resolved. And after i did not get the call and the problem also not resolved.
