mts is just a junk. nothing else. sorry to say this buddy as because of we are living in India that's why we have to suffer though this problem. if it would happens in us or Canada they would have to suffer for harassing customers like this.

I was not getting UPC for 1 months in a row .I want to change my mobile Operator but company not provide UPC code to me.My complaint Numbers Which are given by MTS are (1)'c[protected]' dated 10.9.2012 & (2) 'c[protected]' dated 20.09.2012, But There Was No Solutions .My mts no is [protected] & alt numbers is [protected].Please Help Me...

I have sent request from my mobile PORT [protected] to 1900 in order to get the UPC Code. I have tried several times sending this message. Every time my balance will be deducted but I didn't got any message till now.When I call your customer care representative every time they say presently the system is down try after 2 days. I am getting the same answer since 10 days.I want to switch back to my old network IDEA. There is not MTS network in my area. Please send me the UPC Code.You can contact me on my alternative number [protected].

They are commit of Internet speed is up to 9.8mbbs but they are giving only 0.45 or 1mbps. it is cheating with custmore.frequent disconnection
