[Resolved]  Mts — Money deduction

Hi,

On 16th I recharged my MBLAZE with 999 online from site _http://www.mtsindia.in/recharge.html, I tried paying through net banking, however, my transaction was not completed due to some network problem. But still I got an email confirmation that it has been successful from CC Avenue and my account was debited with 999. Following which I saw a sudden increase in my internet speed, which I used to get only when I had a successful recharge, therefore I thought I had a successful recharge. On 17th around 1am in the morning while I was writing an exam online, my internet connection was closed and hence forth I cannot connect. I called MTS customer care but they told they can't see any recharge.

Please Help.

On 21st September I recharged my MBLAZE with 999 online from site _http://www.mtsindia.in/recharge.html, I have paid through SBI net banking(REF no IGC9905289), Though my transaction was completed I didn't got an email confirmation and my account was deducted with 999. .

Please Help.

On 27th April they have debited Rs.10/- for activation the wall paper.
but i have activated. i spoke to customer care they said u have activated the wall paper, i cant speak to them the are telling the same one. So i left, again on 28th april same the Rs. 10/- was debited so again i asked customer care they said the same thing. u have used the walllpaper download. i dont know why they are doing like that. I am using only browsing for mail check and whatsapp message. but they are telling u have used wall paper. i am using my wallpaper my kids only. they are cheating, but some people said to me now MTS are cheating the money. yes its true.
Please help me.
