[Resolved]  Mts — data card not working

I took a MTS Mblaze data card on 12th october,2010 worth rs 2999.It had free offer of reebok shoes which was supposed to be delivered to my residence within 10 days which has not been delivered to me though 20 days have passed.Also the data card stopped working since 18th october and i lodged a complaint with the customer care guys on 19th october 2010 and they tried to troubleshoot the problem on phone but to no avail.I was told that the complaint would be resolved within 10 hours.When it didnt happen I again contacted the customer care and I was told that my complaint had been closed.I asked them how they had closed my complaint when there was no confirmation from my side that the issue had been resolved and I got some answer which was beyond my comprehension.Since then I have been registering complaints almost everyday but that did not solve the problem either.I even talked to the nodal officer Delhi zone.Mr Sandeep Patnaik on his number [protected].Then I got a call from Mr Arvind Prasad and I was told that the modem might be defective.I got it checked through a MTS person and I was told that it was defective and it would be replaced.I called Mr arvind again on 1st november and he asked me to call him after one hour after another futile round of troubleshooting on phone.Now I have been trying to call him but he is not taking my calls.The complaint numbers which were always closed without resolving the issue and without any confirmation from my side about resolving the problem are : oct/14289 on 19/10/2010 ,oct/15250 on 20/10/2010,oct/16307 on 21/10/2010,oct/18224 on 23/10/2010,oct/20998 the date of which i dont remember.please do the needful and help me get my internet working and not to forget those reebok shoies which nobody has a clue where they are!!!!!

sir i am having a data card morderm and it never works . i am having a 3G network and it doest work for 2G also. i have tried it in other pc also but it doesn't worked . it works in other areas but not in our area . our area is holambi khurd and pin code is 110082 . kindly take this matter seriously .

pathetic speed..and pathetic customer service...wasted my money...
it would be better to lodge a case in consumer court i think...if nothing else then for the wrong claims made by the company...and fooling customers
I've purchased one MBLAZE connection bearing the no. [protected] on 9th of October '10, as I'm using the same for my personal use at home. Since the last 19th October '10 the speed drops drastically at 145 -160 kbps which is very pathetic & I've tried to call the customer care from my Airtel Mobile, but couldn't connect the same, then tried the customer care no. from my IDEA cell no. it connects, but just listened the music for 15 minutes, which results waiting & waiting, couldn't talk to the customer care executive.

Is it the service you are providing for the general customer, sombody referred the MTS connection is the best in Delhi, even I've the offer of Broadband from SIFY, Netconnect from Reliance & Tata Photon +, as I'm working as Manager IT I've a lot of the Service Provider's contact and very much aware about the Market structure.

After several following up with Customer care, Nodal office, one engineer viisted at my residence, but couldn't sort out the issue, day by day I'm just calling the customer care again & again, but till date no solution has been done. The MTS is making the money, requesting to each & every MTS customer to make a written complaint to the MTS company.

I am buy a MTS data card on 15/10/14 data card number is [protected]. On dated 17/10/14 data card is activated but till date my data card Wifi not working . I am raise the complaint in Mts customer care on 19/10/14 morning 8:00 am complaint number is OCT/35709. MTS executive said that today is sunday & we have not working on your complaint. Mts resolve the problem in 22 working hours (approx 3 days). & second says on your area mts is in maintenance you have wait for 4 weaks . This is post paid plan. I have full conversation in recording of Mts executive .
