[Resolved] Mts — slow speed and intermittent connection | |||
hii all, my name is neeraj iam from gurgaon i purchased mts mblaze last month , i was happy with the services, but from last 1 week i am messing up with the Internet to work ,i contacted customer care which is pathetic even u opt for English the executive will speak in Hindi , hahahahahah :) , i informed her that just tell me my balance and he asked me to contact after some time his system is down in a very rood manner,i was pissed off at that moment ,why should i call back ,i asked him to transfer my call to ur manager ,and he said we cant transfer , ohhh man what a [censored] , i am also working with a bpo and we give support for broadband to foreign nation , i am also working in international call center and he is educating me that just take telephone no. of my manager and call them , mts cc is just a laughing stuff then he put me on hold for around 3 to 4 Min's i thought supervisor will come up after that hold but still it was only the same irritating executive to again informed me that his pc is down call after some time , i[censored]r pc is down all the time then any one can imagine the quality of services u give to ur cmr , but i apologies for the words i used for the executive , becoz i was damm frustrated i just hang up the call then i thought i should contact the chat service of mts fine i log on into mts account and started a chat with one of their executive , she was responding me nicely in the start , she informed me how much data is consumed by me and how much is left then i informed him that i m getting only 0.1 mbps download and 0.400 upload she said its fine how could be this speed test will be fine man i am getting only 100 kilo bit downloading that means only around 11 to 12 kilobytes downloading which is pathetic she was annoying me by repeating her statement . at last i hang up again i quit mts u people win never buy mts they even don't under stand u my mts mblaze no:- [protected] name neeraj mail [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
