[Resolved] Mts — TOO SLOW SPEED AS THEY PROMISED UPTO 3.1 mbps | |||
I purchased MTS MBLAZE on 8 june 2013 with 10GB data. they offer me upto3.1mbps speed but till the first day i was not able to get speed more than 500kbps. i called customer care they asked me to uninstall my antivirus program i did. even i reinstall my window but the problem was same. they asked me to contact service centre but service centre was telling for 15 days. i have given this 10GB data for a month if i give this to service centre for 15 days i lost 20 days. i contacted team leader they also tried to make me fool. when i asked him to go consumer court they said koi fark ni padta company dekhegi hum to naukri kar rahe hai chale jao.. was this a ood way to handle your customer???? amazing but truth dont go for MTS while you have a lots of options. MTS Mblaze — 3.1 Mbps is fake promise
download on 30 to 50 kbps ! simply they are telling 3 mbps !!:(
with 1 rebuke shoe free ?
simply telling they will work on it ? to speed up
hi i am giving complant about the lower speed of mts emblaze it is up to1mbps very low where as of other network it is up to 30 to100 mbps
i give complaint about of cost it is very high where as of other brodband.
dont go for MTS MBLAZE

Very Slow Speed.
