[Resolved]  Mts — Being Cheated after Payment

Dear Sir,
Very unfortunately and sadly I have to say that I have been badly cheated with this company called MTS Mblaze who provides broadband internet services. I took the connection on 11th December 2011 with a prepaid plan of Rs.798/- unlimited. The very next month before my due date of payment, MTS people started calling me repeatedly for paying and refilling the account. I refilled my account just one day before my due date. A salesmen from the company called Subhendu came down and took Rs.798/- for which he gave the receipt for the same and said my net connection will start by evening. That whole day nothing happened. The next day when I called the salesman he said it will be done by today and unfortunately it did not happen again. 3 days passed and nothing happened, my net connection did not start.
With immense frustration I called the salesman and he did not receive my call. Next time I called he disconnected and switched off his cell. I called the call center of MTS and said the whole thing and they said that the modem number in which the money has been credited is wrong whereby it was the same number which was refilled last month as there was a recipient message given to me on the cell. He gave me another number and when I called the MTS systems person he said your first number is right and the number provided to you by the call center is wrong. Again I called the call center person and when told him this thing the call center person went into an argumentative mode and disconnected my line. I was absolutely lost and phased out. I did not knew what to do and understood the fact that my Rs.798/- was gone without any services. After 2 days I called up the sales man again and when I narrated the whole issue he said he does not know anything and disconnected. Now im sitting blank without any net connection, without any support from the MTS organisation as they have treated their customer so very badly.
I WOULD REQUEST ALL YOU INTERNET SERVICE BUYERS NEVER BUY MTS MBLAZE AS THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATS, THEY WILL BEG FOR MONEY LIKE STREET DOGS AND WHEN THEIR MOTIVE IS FULFILLED THEY WILL NOT GIVE ANY SERVICES.... BLOODY BEGGARS
