[Resolved] Mts — Worst Service Provider | |||
My MTS Data card number is : [protected] which I purchased in the month of February 2013 with a 30 day money back gurantee if there is any issue and is not rectified within 15 days. I started facing the network issue from 1st day of activation(getting speed of 128 kbps) and lodged a complaint with MTS on 6th March and after calling the customer care more than 10 times aperson came on 12th and forwarded the issue to RF network team and then again I had to call more than 15 times but to no response. Then I visited thier customer care in Bangalore on 24th March and informed them about the issue. They gave assurance for not charging for non-usage and will send one person from RF team but that person came on 4th April and that too after calling another 10 times. Now they have given me a bill of Rs. 766/- for Non-Usage and are not agreeing to refund the money as well when I want to discoonect the connection. MTS is the worst service provider and have even worst customer service. Never go for MTS. Was this information helpful? | |||

I did a Big mistake in My life by taking mts dongle.
Please guys dont take cheap network and customer.
