[Resolved] Mufti Jeans — Torn/Crushed in First Wash | |||
I bought Mufti jeans from Sector-17 Chandigarh. I wore only once and During 1st wash only the cloth was torn/crushed/damaged and 2-3 holes appeared in the jeans. It is a manufacturing or cloth defect. I contacted the nearest store in Mohali Phase-7 and they keep at their shop for a month and after following up several times they say company is not accepting this as complaint and returned back to me. I am really not happy with the way they told and are not willing to help. Its lying with me with all the tags and bill with no solution. Being a reputed brand I am buying the Mufti jeans from long time and first time it happened to me. Now I am helpless and need support from you people. I want the replacement for the defected jeans. Hi, I have purchase Mufti Jeans Latest eddition in the month of November' 09. It was among my fevourate, but it torned off from left back of my hip.
