Hello,
Traveling without a boarding pass or wrong boarding pass is valid. a QUESTION?
myself, my wife and my kid had boarded a indian airlines flight with wrong boarding pass no one bothered to check it.
For security there is nothing such security at the security checkup at the airport, you can't take any liquid with you inside the airport, but again at the security check my luggage got cleared which contained baby oil etc and no one asked anything.
We all are traveling at our own risk. No security agency bother for a common man's security and life so best of luck for all !!! we should always pray for our security as cant relay on these... Was this information helpful? |
I dont know if you care for the passenger's feedback, particularly when they have to go through the agony of coming to the Airport and realising the Flight (KU302) is cancelled. Then we were sent back to our destination with a promise to claim for the TAXI bill. Next day again, when we come to the Airport, the Airport staff is unprofessional, arrogant and too harsh when we claim for the TAXI claim.
As I am not from Mumbai, I had to depend on my known private taxi person, who has to come from Ghatkoper to drop me to Crawford Market, hence he charges me return fair as well. As he is known person, I pay him Rs.900. I know local taxi might be cheaper, BEST might be ever more cheaper, Local trains might be again cheaper. Next day when I have to come to the Airport, again the same charges I need to pay to him. Accordingly I mentioned to the Airport staff at the Kuwait Airways (Mr.Hector is his name) staff (A humpty dumpty rude fellow), as I was clearly told I can claim maximum Rs.2000. I told him I paid Rs.1800. This guy was in a mood to act smarter, probably thinking all are like him; cheaters, fraud. Due to the cancellation of the flight, I had to end up loosing 2 days pay, which he couldnt understand.
Finally I had to speak to the Supervisor Mr.Bharat Kumar, who helped me. Later I realised this person had done this to all the passengers. Please can you provide this gentleman, (Hector) some mannerism as to understand the passenger's agony. Be professional and service oriented. He looks like an uneducated PAAVWALA, fit to be a BMC (Bombay Muncipality Plumber) plumber. Please make him aware he is representing Kuwait Airways, whose staff at the cabin were much more professional and understanding.
Looking forward to your action,
Regards
Passenger
