Mumbai University - till date not received T.Y.B.COM marksheet

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I passed my T.Y.B.COM exam year 2012 and my hall ticket no.-34531.However, till date i have not received my T.Y.B.COM marksheet. due to which i am unable to apply for any interviews nor able to apply for my further studies. Kindly assist as early as possible.
